Where do I start, I booked this house to meet up with my 4 uni friends, their partners and children. We had a fantastic time. As soon as you enter, the drive up to the house is very impressive and the pictures do not do it justice. The house was massive, plenty of space that you did not feel you were in each others way/space. Plenty of seating around the dining table so we could all eat together and plenty of seating in the lounge so the adults could have a drink together while the children were in bed. Kitchen was a great size and well equipped for big groups.
The games room was outstanding and such a luxury to have - the men definitely had fun in there playing on the pool table, snooker table, table tennis table and darts board.
Because we had children we drove to Markeaton Park on the Saturday which was only 20/25mins away. We found the location perfect, nice and quiet but only a little drive away from shops, pubs and parks.
We loved this place that much that we are booking again for next year.

A family holiday was enjoyed by all. The bedrooms worked well with each family having rooms together. 3 bathrooms was perfect for us all and with 3 lounges we had space to spread out or sit together. The children enjoyed playing in the garden with the balls that were provided. We could walk along the canal in both directions and visit Drayton Manor and Gulliver's kingdom easily. Other attractions were also in very easy driving distances. The nearest supermarket was just 2 miles away.

A really nice, large house, with all the facilities we needed. Great games room and so useful as a large group to have the space to spread out across three comfortable lounges. Easy to find and a good location.
