1. Eligibility

Only properties located within the United Kingdom are eligible for listing. Each property must be a high-quality, well-maintained pet friendly holiday home that complies with all local health and safety regulations.

2. Property Listing and Description

Property owners are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date descriptions of their cottages, including photos, amenities, and any relevant rules or restrictions. The information provided should not be misleading or deceptive in any way. Pet Friendly Cottage Company reserves the right to remove any listing found to contain false information.

Owners must ensure that their property is clean, safe, and fully operational for guest stays.

3. Safety and Maintenance of Amenities

Where a property offers amenities such as a hot tub, swimming pool or sauna, these must be cleaned, sanitised, and properly maintained between guest stays. Owners must adhere to the manufacturer's recommendations for maintenance and usage, and ensure such facilities are free of health hazards. Clear instructions for the safe use of any such facilities must be provided to guests.
