Modern fitted kitchen with lots of worktop space, a range style cooker with five ring gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, wine cooler, kettle, toaster, cafetiere and washing/dryer machine.

Glasses, pots, pans, oven trays, cutlery, utensils, BBQ implements, gas lighter, chopping boards and chopping knives, food preparation items and crockery are provided, along with a selection of children's dinnerware and cutlery. USB charging points.

Outside there a grassed area to the side of the lodge as well a private patio which enjoys views across the open fields. There is a private hot tub not overlooked by other lodges, an outdoor dining table and chairs with comfy cushions and parasol.
Hook and cook BBQ holders available for use with disposable BBQs (please bring your own)
The private patio is contained by a gate at one end and some coated mesh fencing panels at the other
Free use of the shared Park’s exceptional gym

Roadford Lake Café – 2-minute walk, open 7 days a week.

Parking
The lodge has parking for two cars in an allocated space to the side of your lodge.
There are a limited number of additional visitor parking spaces outside reception, on a first come first serve basis

EV Charger Point
The site has two EV charging points for guest use, situated along from reception in two designated parking spaces. The EV charging point is by VendElectric, and charging will have associated costs as normal via their app. We kindly ask that once your vehicle is charged, that you park in your lodge car parking space to ensure the EV spaces are free for other guests on the site.
