✓Important information, sorry, no smoking, please note the stairs are steep and may not be suitable for guests with reduced mobility, decking can be slippery when wet, access to the cottage is via the canal towpath for approximately 400 yards; care should be taken at all times, canal located directly in front of the property; children should be supervised
