Ground-floor apartment. 1 x super-king-size bedroom (zip/link, can be twin upon request) 1 x sofa bed. Shower room with walk-in shower, basin and WC. Open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with sofa bed. We recommend that the sofa bed can sleep an additional adult or two small children under the age of 12. If requiring the sofa bed, please bear in mind that the bed will not be made up on arrival to allow space in the sitting room
