32 Ashville Avenue Reviews

Lovely holiday home everything we needed for our stay, some of the kitchen equipment could do with being replaced but did us ok . The only issue we had was dirty used tissues under one of the beds upstairs and food wrappers and food mcdonalds behind living room sofa but otherwise fantastic home

The property is in an excellent location, very convenient for both Peasholm Park and the North Bay. The parking arrangements worked very well and meant that we could leave our cars outside the property while taking advantage of the local facilities. The property was very welcoming and spotlessly clean, as well as being welladapted for dogs to stay. Given the exceptionally hot weather during our stay we all appreciated the ice dispenser in the freezer and capacious fridge. Finally, the host was very helpful and answered any queries which arose.
Excellent location, great base for Scarborough holiday. Plenty of room and bedrooms well decorated. Only downside was the neighbours which really affected sleep of everyone in the group. Next door must have a dart board against bedroom wall on ground floor. Woken with an hour of hearing intervals of 3 thuds at 2am in the morning, then woken early every morning with ridiculously loud motorbike revs which would go on for so long you couldnt get back to sleep. Unfortunate as this is out of the owners control. Dispute this we all had a lovely time
Lovely spacious property, clean, warm it was snowy outside it had everything we needed.
The fact that there was no WC at ground level was initially a puzzle, that we got used to. Other than that we were pleased with the overall layout of the accommodation. The cleanliness of the property was very good. The amenities were acceptable. Parking was good at the property.3

On parking up outside the house we knew we were going to enjoy our short break here. This was quickly confirmed when we got into the house. The layout of the rooms suited our party perfectly, plenty of space for individuality, yet good areas to mingle and mix in groups or all together. It's often the case that sleeping in an unfamiliar bed is difficult but everyone in our group slept well from the start and this continued throughout. Although there was a little bit of walking required the house was very well located in the town for what we we wanted to do and all required amenities were close to hand. We had a super time during our stay at Scarborough and for the time we were there 32 Ashville Avenue was a home from home in lots of ways and we all agreed that the choice of accommodation for our family break was ideal.
Had a lovely stay at this property. The owner was very helpful both before the holiday and whilst we were there. The house has everything you need for a relaxing family holiday, the extra baths were an added bonus. Its near enough to everything you need, shops, pub, food etc. but far enough away for peace and quiet. The only thing I would recommend is more seats and a table for outside, there were 9 of us so couldnt all be outside together due to lack of seating. Overall would definitely recommend a stay here, we will be back
Really great place, excellent location for our walks along the beach and literally 5 mins from Peasholme Park. We had an slight issue but the owner came out quickly and helped us straight away, a credit to him

This was our second time staying in this property and it's a fab base for a busy family. Ideal for staying with another family and the beds are so comfortable
We had an amazing time at the property and it fitted with our plans perfectly. The house was very clean and very well equipped for 10 people. Would definitely go back or recommend to anyone. 5 star's from us all.
