As the owner of a holiday home myself it saddens me to give a poor review on arrival 1 meter high weeds on either side of fence indoors clean and presentable down stairs shower broken outside patio filthy ash trays filled with old cig ends back garden totally over grown and unusable back step very loose and dangerous upstairs shower has black mold on tiles 2 of the matrasses in very poor condition overall this property could very easily and cheaply be put right i can only put down to very poor management having stayed in your properties before I can definitely say this is not up to your usual standard kind regards Trevor G Bailey

Exactly as said on advert great host easy check in very satisfied customers
Beds upstairs were horrible, could feel every spring, no locks on toilet or shower door. Shower downstairs broken, held together with electrician tape, toilet downstairs not attached to floor. Garden overgrown with weeds and not nice at all. Dust webs and spiders all over the ceilings. Gas pipes sticking out of floor from old fire. House could be nice with some basic TLC

Lovely holiday home. Not far from the beach and other local attractions. We enjoyed our stay and found the property generally very comfortable. The only downside was the beds upstairs we'd recommend replacing or repairing them to further enhance the comfort of the property. We'd definitely stay again! Thank you for an enjoyable holiday!

Not as advertised. Beds were broken.hole in floor near front door .sink was leaking .cooking utensils and crokery were filthy.

We stayed here from the 15th to the 22nd March When we arrived the whole house smelt of smoke it was so bad in one of the bedrooms we had to sleep in the lounge The beds upstairs are awful The shower downstairs didnt work The dishwasher didnt work Near the end of our break the drains smelt really bad I would not recommend this property It was such a shame
The house was very cold and we had a lot of trouble trying to figure out the heating it kept switching itself off
Ideal for our purpose, working locally during the week with weekend break to start. Easy flat walk to town, front and supermarkets. Warm and comfortable. Totally enclosed back garden, ideal for dogschildren. The downstairs bedroom and ensuite ideal. Had everything needed. Key safe located to the front garden, was dark when we arrived and thought it was actually down the side, but the gate was locked.

Couple of the beds need to be replaced ,when you lay on them you ,you can feel the slats underneath pushing though the mattress , Temperature of the house way to cold, has outside it was snowing this weekend ,plus minus 3 degrees ,lots of the windows was left slightly open so air flows though ,it was freezing outside ,we had to closed them to warm the house ,lounge not enough seating for a family of 7,8 other wise very nice experience, great location, parking bad ,

Just back from a great holiday at 4 Dorothy Avenue. Fantastic location close to train station, Morrisons, Lidl and a short walk to all that Skegness has to offer. Comfortable house and great that we could bring the dog. Loved having en suite downstairs bedroom. Easy for the dog and away from the kids!! Kitchen had everything we needed and nice touch having a dining room. Great place to stay away from the crowds but still near everything.
Quite a nice stay but could have been better. Living room seems to have a problem with slug trails on the carpet first thing on a morning. Garden area could do with weeding and cleaning. Beds upstairs are very low and can be a problem for those with mobility issues.
Perfect convenient location right by the train station and a big supermarket, and an easy stroll to the beach, but also on nice quiet street. The house is beautiful, comfortable and full of thoughtful touches to make the stay pleasant. There was lots to do nearby to entertain ourselves and our toddler for a week. Hosts also agreed to adjust our booking so we could work around rail strikes. Highly recommended!

What a lucky find. We were in town for the week visiting a relative in hospital. Couldnt have been closer to the hospital as within 2 minutes walk so didnt need to drive there every time. The house was extremely comfortable, and as dogs were welcomed it meant that they had a holiday too with a lovely secure garden to enjoy. The kitchen has everything you might need. Thank you for making out stay so home from home
