The kitchen is modern and well equipped with an electric oven and grill, induction hob, microwave, fridge, freezer and washing machine, along with a kettle and toaster
The iron, ironing board, clothes airer and vacuum cleaner are stored in a cupboard off the hall on this floor

Dining
The dining area is in the kitchen and has a table with folding extensions and three chairs. Two extra chairs are stored under the stairs
