Kitchen/Utility
Open-plan with the living / dining area on the third floor, the kitchen is clean and contemporary with plenty of work surfaces and storage. Appliances include an electric fan-assisted oven and an induction hob, fridge and freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, blender / mixer and dishwasher. An iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner, washing machine, tumble dryer and high chairs are also provided.

A range of cookware, glasses, crockery and utensils are provided as well as adult and children's cutlery

Master Bedroom
Situated on the second floor this lovely bedroom is furnished with a king size bed, bedside tables, lamps, wardrobe and a chest of drawers. Large glass doors open out on to a private balcony with glass balustrade and bistro table with two chairs.
This bedroom has an en-suite shower room.

Bedroom Two
Situated on the second floor and is furnished with a super king size bed (that can be arranged as twin beds on request), bedside tables and lamps, wardrobe, chest of drawers and a desk.

Bedroom Three
Situated on the first floor this bedroom is furnished with a super king size bed (which can be configured as two singles), bedside tables and lamps, chest of drawers and free-standing wardrobe. The room opens through French doors out on to a lovely private balcony with glass balustrade and a table with two chairs.
This bedroom also features a modern en-suite shower room.

Bedroom Four
Located on the first floor and is furnished with a double bed, bedside table, lamps and a chest of drawers.

Hairdryers are provided in all four bedrooms

Family Bathroom
Located on the first floor, the family bathroom includes a bath with overhead shower, wash basin and heated towel rail, mirror with lighting and WC.

Bathroom Two - En-Suite to Master Bedroom
