This first floor bedroom is furnished with a king size bed, free-standing open wardrobe, bedside tables with lamps, and a mirror.

Bedroom Three
The third bedroom is also located on the first floor and has sea views to the side. It is furnished with twin beds, a mirror, bedside tables and lamps

Bathroom One
En suite shower room to the top floor master bedroom with walk in shower cubicle, heated towel rail, hand basin, cabinet, mirror and WC

Bathroom Two
The family bathroom which is located on the first floor has a bath with rain head shower and hand-held attachment over, a hand basin, cabinet, mirror, heated towel rail and WC

Cloakroom
The separate cloakroom with WC and hand basin is located on the ground floor

Outside
At the front of the house there’s a lovely suntrap patio with seating while at the back of the property, accessed via the dining room, is a furnished terrace. This tucks round to the side of the drive.
The front garden is secure for dogs however they should still be supervised

Parking
Parking for one car on the drive at the back of the property with an EV charger. Guests can pay using the FUUSE app. Charging instructions are on the wall of the house next to the charger.
Please note that the access is down a narrow lane and is quite tight. Although visitors have managed to drive and park an SUV here, some guests may find it a pinch.
There are gates to close this area off if guests prefer to use the space as a garden, however please note that when a car is parked on the drive, the gates can’t be closed as they fold inwards.
Parking is available in Barnoon long stay car park which is 0.2 miles away (roughly 6 minutes’ walk)
