We all absolutely loved this house. We stayed here for the May half term 7 adults and 5 children, fitted in perfectly. It was just so wonderful to be staying in the middle of a nature reserve. We walked the blue shoreline path 4 times and the children played on the little beach and swam at Shipstal Point. They also played in the woods near the house. We could happily have just stayed in Arne all week but we did also go to Monkey World, Studland Beach and Durdle Door and Lulworth Cove and we had lunch in the Scotts Arms at Kingston with excellent food and a view to die for. All in all a very good holiday and we thoroughly recommend it

Great place for families with young kids and dogs, amazing location, spacious house with a good sized garden.

A beautiful old property, we had a wonderful week at The Studio Arne. Set in an RSPB nature reserve and within easy reach of beautiful beaches at Studland. The house itself is a little tired in places but very comfortable and spacious. We had wonderful meals at the long table in the huge kitchen. The garden was lovely and spacious for our party of 11 and two dogs, with fencing all the way around it. The only concern was the gate which needed some attention as it was very heavy to lift to open as one of the support posts was rotten. I would definitely return to this property.

Fantastic venue, the property was just what needed, size, location as we were coming from different locations, families wanted to be together but also part of the larger family group. The Kitchen is really the hub of the house which suited us so well. All bedrooms and linen were clean and had everything you need. We would have liked to have had more control over the heating as at times it got cold has the heating was off from early afternoon through to early evening, we had two elderly with us, so they felt the cold more. We did contact the Housekeeper on the Saturday and she immediately turned up the heating for us from her App, it would just be nice to have more control yourself as the house was then again very hot overnight, its seems the timing needs a little adjustment. For one of the bedrooms upstairs you need to walk through another to get to the bathroom or to go downstairs, this could be an issue for friends staying. It wasn't particularly for us but we felt it should be mentioned in the property details. Otherwise a perfect long weekend for our family stay, thank you

We were a party of 11 women, all family members, ages ranging from 20 to 75. We had a lovely stay however, there was only enough gardenoutdoor seating for 8 of us at a push. Hence the younger family members had to sit on the grass. Could have done with more garden chairs that could have been more comfortable. Cleanliness was good apart from the many cobwebs & dust. But apart from those minor details we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay & would definitely consider booking again. The house is in a beautiful location & we all agreed it we would like to return.

The Studio was an amazing place to stay Very well equipped and very comfortable beds and lounges We are a very mixed bag of folks from age 6 being the youngest to age 76 ,all catered for with games for wet or cold days We were lucky had good weather so the outside excellent ,completely enclosed for little ones and dog and outdoor games Very close to natural playground for all ages ,walks and to other Dorset attractions . My only thing I would suggest maybe some hooks for outdoor clothes in the hall just inside the conservatory,for wet days Woodburner very wellcome on chilly evenings,as April still cool later in day.Im sure well go again ,maybe next year

Very beautiful house and was a lovely family stay, had everything we needed!

What wonderful place just perfect for a hen get together. Would love to have stayed longer and actually would love to go back! Plenty of space and large kitchen was just perfect for us. Thank yiu for helping us make special memories with special people.
