This room has stunning has excellent views over Fistral Beach and is open plan with the dining area and kitchen. Furnished with two sofas, two armchairs, a coffee table, and a TV cabinet with a Smart TV (Freeview), Nintendo Wii and DVD player

The modern kitchen is open plan with the living and dining area and features an electric fan assisted oven, electric hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and cafetiere. A range of crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils is provided

Open plan and furnished with a table and six chairs

Utility Room
Accessed via Bedroom Three, the utility houses a washing machine, tumble dryer, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board

Master Bedroom (en-suite)
This sea view bedroom is furnished with a king size bed, bedside tables and lamps, a dressing table and chair, mirror, and wardrobe

Bedroom Two (en-suite)
This sea view bedroom is furnished with twin beds, bedside tables and lamps, a dressing table and chair, mirror, and wardrobe
*A hairdryer is provided

Bedroom Three
This bedroom is furnished with a single bed, bedside table, mirror and stand-alone wardrobe

Bathroom One
En-suite for Master Bedroom with a shower (rain head and hand-held attachment), hand basin, heated towel rail, cabinet, mirror and WC

Bathroom Two
En-suite for Bedroom Two with a shower (rain head and hand-held attachment), hand basin, heated towel rail, cabinet, mirror and WC

Outside
This property has a small balcony to the back of the building which is furnished with a bistro table and chairs

Parking
Allocated private parking space for one vehicle with on-street parking in the area available on a first come first served basis. Please park in the space marked Number 3. Additional paid parking can be found in Pentire Headland Car Park (around 12 minutes’ walk)
