The lower ground floor kitchen has a good range of appliances, including an electric single fan-assisted oven and grill and induction hob, a fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, cafetiere, and microwave.
Please note that the ceiling here is low and extends only midway across the room so guests will need to be aware so as not to bump their heads
The washing machine is stored in an outside utility

Situated on the first floor, this bedroom has a bunk bed with a king size below and a single above, bedside table, bedside lamp, a wardrobe, clothes hooks, and a wall mounted Smart TV

Bedroom Three
This first-floor bedroom is furnished with twin beds, a side table and lamp, a wardrobe, and a mirror

Bathroom One
Located on the first floor, the family bathroom includes a bath with shower over, wash basin, WC, heated towel rail, mirror and cabinet

Outside
A small courtyard at the back of the cottage is furnished with a bistro table and chairs

Parking
This property doesn’t have private parking.

Stennack Car Park is the closest at a 2-minute walk. Please be aware this this car park is privately owned and has received negative reviews so although nearest, it is not our top recommendation for parking in St Ives

There are two council car parks we’d recommend:

Park Avenue Car Park is a 4-minute walk from the property. This has 77 spaces which do fill up quickly during busier times

Trenwith Car Park is 0.3 miles from the cottage (under 10-minutes’ walk) and has 311 spaces (winter) and 759 spaces (summer)
