Breeze Reviews

Rochelle
Main shower needed attention as hose was taped up presumably due to leaking and as the head wouldn't stay up it was very difficult to use. There was nowhere to put the shower gel in either shower and the rainfall shower dripped on us. After one attempt to use it we decided to use the bath instead which felt wobbly. The toilet seat in the main bathroom was loose and at times fell off completely. The whole house would benefit from redecorating. The cushions for the garden furniture in the shed were mouldy so we couldn't sit out even in the good weather. The road outside was noisy with traffic and people, but the house is very close to the seafront and shops. There were no instructions for the heating or the TV which we found difficult to use. There is also nowhere to hang clothes in 2 of the bedrooms. We left a note to the owner as instructed listing our concerns and hope these might get addressed for the next guest.

My family and i had a lovely stay in the Breeze. Spacious, clean, comfortable beds, great fully equipt kitchen also has a washing machine. Dinning room with outside area was great for family to eat there was also games to play. Bright house with lots of sunlight in an excellent location. The only negatives were the upstairs toilet became blocked the first day we arrived so we did not use the upstairs bathroom at all, the blinds in that room did not work either. The bathtub in the first floor bathroom isnt secured properly. On the whole it was a very plesant experience for a family of 6.
Its a great house with a lot of space for a family. The beach is a 50 meter walk and all kinds of facilities, like shops, are nearby too. It was a lovely stay.
The property is located close to beach and the shops of Bognor. Unfortunately the town is a bi run down with mainly charity and cheap shops. The council appear to be trying to upgrade the place. The house is nicely decorated and furnished the fridge didnt work which as really annoying in the hot weather, I reported it and the owner says will replace. The outside area needs some TLC but overall the house was very comfortable and spacious.

Overall, we had a lovely stay in Breeze. The house is spacious and good for the toddler to walk around freely from room to room and of course, safety is important for a little one around the house. It would be good to have a dustpan and brushbroom and baking traybaking sheet in the house. Perhaps, they are there but we cannot find them. Thank you for having us and we certainly will come back again in the future.

House & beds comfortable, towels good plenty of room for 5 of us dog BUT when we arrived bins all overflowing, didn't feel as if we wanted to sit in garden even after i had washed everything down, needs more than TLC, plus no info on anything, it was a good job my son sorted the TV out or we would not have watched anything.
Lovely house a stones throw from the beach and shops and with parking too. We had a relaxing stay with our dogs. Thanks!
Very disappointed to learn the majority of the problems we encountered during our short stay were there prior to our arrival and on going issues. Including Ants. Blocked shower. Faulty door latches. Broken oven. Dishwasher not working properly. Broken fence. Also not notified of extensive building works directly opposite. House was in great location and perfect size for large family however, not enough bedding or towels and had to sleep 2 nights with bed space for 7 and there were 8 of us. I understand some maintenance issues will arise however, speaking to housekeeper and handyman I believe the issues we had were indeed ongoing prior to our arrival. The owner needs to attend to issues and I would expect a part refund for the inconvenience of having to have the handyman attend twice during a 5 night stay and housemaid x 1. And the inconvenience and discomfort of the problems. Please advise in a timely manner.

Breeze is a lovely home close to beach and 5 minutes walk to high street where there is a wide range of shops and restaurants Car parking is an issue if more than one car although opposite property is a car park charging 9 a day The down side to this property was the oven and dishwasher didnt work. A real issue after buying food for the week and then no facility to cook. Resulting in having to eat out every night Feel that this issue should have been resolved before we arrived
Breeze is a lot of house and was perfect as a base close to the sea and all amenities. The beds are comfortable and the rooms large. We didn't use the roof extension as we had all we needed on the lower floors plus it was rather a cold room in December. The downsides were there are no instructions at all in the house specifically on the TV and heating and also we didn't know when to put the rubbish out. There was quite a bit of noise from the neighbours in certain areas as the walls seem very thin although this maybe more a problem in the winter with doors and windows closed. We would be happy to stay again as we found the positives outweighed the negatives.

Lovely holiday in a well situated house. 5 mins to shops and 5 mins to beach. Unfortunately there are couple of things we were not happy with. In a house sleeping 8, the table should have 8 chairs, all bedrooms should have a mirror and wardrobe hanging rail. We also feel that it should be pointed out that parking on road is chargable 1.20 ph and the carpark opposite is 9 per day. There was also no welcome book explaining how everything worked. But we did have a lovely time.
Beautiful house in a fantastic location a stones throw from the beach. The property has everything that you need. Our family enjoyed a lovely weekend break. Everyone agreed that the beds were so comfortable. Will definitely be visiting again.

A fantastic holiday property, very clean, welldecorated and convenient. Loved the colourful wall pictures etc. Such a light, spacious and airy house with everything you would need provided. We only used one bedroom, so didn't need such a big place, but chose it for the convenient locationability to bring a small dog. Very welcoming with tea, coffee sachets etc and very convenient to have parking on the drive. Just marked down slightly on maintenance as the courtyard garden would have benefitted from a little bit of attention and the drainpipes to the front of the property were disconnected, resulting in a wave of water running down to the front step when we had torrential rain.

It looked like this property had just been nearly finished. The top floor attic conversion, had two large dormer windows without blinds, or any method of keeping them open, therefore green house hot, making the entire floor unusable, sun up at 06.00. 75 degrees plus, by midday. The ensuite bathroom lacked a handle on the inside, a sign saying Watch your Head on the staircase to this level, would be a very good idea!!. We couldn't make use of the this floor at all, effectively reducing the four bedrooms, two ensuites to to three bedrooms and a shared bathroom, not ideal. The letting agent informed us the man to measure the blind had let them down. The bedroom door on the 1st floor would not shut, the bins had not been emptied, This property would benefit hugely from a proper detailed snagging it currently lacks attention to detail.
