✓Two small, well-behaved dogs welcome, but not allowed upstairs, thank you, a roll up gate to put across the stairs is provided if necessary
✓It is politely requested that there is no smoking in any part of the property including the front and rear gardens
✓Shop 0.3 miles, pub 0.4 miles, beach 1.1 miles
✓Note: there are 5 steps up to the front patio area with a handrail and 1 more to the front door porch; please take care
✓Note: there is also access to the back garden from the car parking area, down 5 steps to the back door with 2 hand rails
✓Please note:there have recently been new security cameras installed at the property; these are at the front door and back gate but will be inactive and not recording during your stay - they are only for use when the property is empty
