The Drawing Room is accessed from the entrance hall and features two large sofas, coffee table and an open fireplace. Entertainment is provided by a 55” Smart TV and integrated music system.
French doors lead out to the spacious conservatory with views across the beautiful gardens and beyond. Here you will find a sound system for family parties.
The cosy library features an open fire, sofa, 55” Smart TV, projector and screen, reading desk and table and chairs, along with a wide selection of books and DVDs for guests to enjoy during their stay.
The Study is a quiet space with a desk for guests who may need to work during their stay.
Table football can be found in a small room next to the rear courtyard and table tennis can be set up inside or in the courtyard.

Kitchen
The kitchen at Burncoose House is the heart of the home where you will find a large Falcon range cooker with ceramic hob and double oven, American style fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and tumble dryer.
A food blender, cafetiere, iron, ironing board and vacuum cleaner are also available. There is a large island providing additional workspace and family and friends can relax at the breakfast table seating six.
If you are celebrating a special occasion, we can arrange for a private chef to cook for you and your guests. Please get in touch for more information and to discuss your requirements.

Dining
The grand dining room with open fire seats up to 16 guests and is the perfect setting for a celebratory feast

Master Bedroom
The master bedroom enjoys double aspect views across the gardens from the beautiful sash windows and features a super king-size bed with deep pocket sprung mattress and Egyptian cotton, bedside tables, lamps, wardrobe, chest of drawers and wing back chairs. You will also find a wall mounted Smart TV with Sky package and a digital radio.

Bedroom Two
This bedroom has a super king-size bed and enjoys aspects of the gardens to the front of the house
Features include built-in wardrobes, a large French style sofa and a Smart TV

Bedroom Three
This bedroom has an interconnecting door to the master bedroom which is accessed via a small lobby
Super-king bed (which can be configured to twins on request) with a side table and lamps

Bedroom Four
A super king-size bedroom featuring a large sash window, antique carved chest, mahogany wardrobe, and 20-inch TV

Bedroom Five
Furnished with a double bed with bedside tables, lamps and an exquisite painted wardrobe

Bedroom Six and Annex
A self-contained space that features an adjoining kitchenette with a small fridge, ceramic hob and oven and a dining table with chairs.
The bedroom enjoys views to the rear and west of the grounds and you’ll find a super king-size bed (which can be configured to twin beds on request), large mahogany wardrobe, armchair and 40” Smart TV

Bedroom Seven
A bright room with views over the rear courtyard features a double bed, bedside tables with lamps and a beautiful painted wardrobe. A second wardrobe is also available in the en-suite

Bathroom
Each of the six bedrooms benefits from a stylish en-suite bathroom, beautifully furnished to create a tranquil retreat with underfloor heating, fluffy white robes and award-winning toiletries from Cornish skincare company, Made for Life Organics
The bathrooms feature a bath, separate walk-in shower, wash basin, WC and heated towel rail
The Annex features a shower room with wash basin and WC

Outside
Burncoose House is set amongst 30 acres of mature gardens and woodland.
The lawn to the front of the house is perfect for family games. A furnished patio area can be found outside the conservatory with a table, chairs and barbecue
The rear garden provides a secluded space where you will find a hot tub and seating area. Table tennis can also be set up in the rear courtyard

Parking
There is ample parking for seven cars and an electric charging point
