Caban Glas, Llanafan

Wonderful one week stay. The location is great super outlook from the front windows, completely private, fullyenclosed garden great for dogs and dog walks from the front door. Hot tub was brilliant. Hosts were really helpful when we couldn't quite work the TV. It is not big it's a bit like a very wide caravan setup inside but the description is accurate. Instructions within the accommodation very clear. Plenty of towels provided which is great if you're staying for a week.

The owners are lovely and went over and above when we lost our car keys in Aberystwyth, they retrieved our spare keys from the Cabin and brought them down to Aberystwyth, making what could have been a very stressful situation a lot easier, luckily the spare keys later turned up. Great little cabin. Well maintained and had everything we needed. The owner, Byron, went out of his way to help us when our sat nav failed..it's in a lovely peaceful area and within driving distance of some really nice places. We had everything we needed and really enjoyed the hot tub. Would definitely book again.

Lovely little place, beautiful location, fantastic views and a nice big hot tub! Although we didn't get to meet the owners as they was away for the weekend, they contacted us a few days before with all the information and attached some local walks from the cabin that I thought was a great touch, we did two of them! They're also in the welcome pack in the cabin When we contacted the owners with a query during our stay they responded within a couple of minutes and contacted us after to make sure everything was OK. Only 1520 minute drive from Aberystwyth 24 each way in a taxi. Perfect for a relaxing getaway. Would definitely recommend. Thank you for having us!

This was a lovely little cabin in a nice quiet location. The hot tub was wonderful and relaxing and everything was well maintained and clean. It was idea for the 2 of us to get away for a few days and the owners were discreet but attentive at the same time. Would highly recommend it

We arrived to find the property in perfect order. Very clean and welcoming with a great offer of tea, coffee, milk, sugar and Welsh cakes along with a beautiful bottle of wine. Facilities were amazing and we had full and private use of the hot tub outside. Our hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful and we already look forward to returning in the future. For the 2 of us it was absolutely perfect.

Thank you for a wonderful, quiet, peaceful break. It was so thoughtful to have the welcome tray and milk at the accommodation on arrival. I loved the birds right outside the window and enjoyed the hot tub. Having the road backing up to the garden wasn't a problem at all, even with a rally starting just up the road. Highly recommended for any car fanatics. Beautiful countryside and a choice of beaches only 2030 min drive away was definitely a bonus. Perfect hideaway to recharge. Thank you again for a great break.

We stayed here last year and came back as we loved it! The only slight issue we had was the frying pan wasn't very none stick but that's only minor. Everything was perfect

Beautiful little place that suited our needs very well. Bed was very comfortable and so cosy. Byron was very friendly and helpful and nice to have a chat with. We didnt get round to using the hot tub although did intend to but we did so much exploring every day, we found we were just too exhausted once we got back to the cabin. Very clean, lovely area and fabulous views and so peaceful. Would definitely recommend and will definitely return. Thank you and for the welcome touches of milk, Welsh cakes, wine and doggie treats

The place and location were fabulous, the tranquillity was amazing, we spent hours watching the red tail kites soar over the fields, and the sound of the rushing stream below was very relaxing, inside everything was in order and catered for, it even has Aircon which is a godsend on the warm nights trying to sleep, the owners even provided maps of local walks with varying times and difficulty, we would heartly recommend it to anyone thinking of staying around that area

What a little Gem or a place! We had a lovely few days relaxing and recharging along with our dog. Enough room for two people to stay in comfortably with an enclosed garden for the dog to run round in while we enjoyed the hot tub. There was a nice welcome basket waiting for us when we arrived and Byron the owner popped round every morning to check the hot tub was ok. If you fancy a break away from it all, I would strongly recommend staying here. We'll definitely be back!

We had a lovely 3 night stay at the caban glas. Very cosy but had all you need for a short stay. Not quite as isolated as we expected but all the same we had a proper chill! Lovely to see the ponies in the paddock

What a beautiful holiday cabin. Compact and yet equipped with all you could want for a relaxing getaway. Huge thanks to Byron & Rachel with whom you get the impression that nothing is any trouble and they genuinely love sharing this amazing place with guests.

Such a lovely cabin, cozy and accessible to the coast Devils bridge! I would definitely stay here again! The only issue I had, which may have been me not doing something correctly is that the living area lights didnt turn on, other than that, we had no issues and loved being in the scenery!!

The property is set in beautiful surroundings but unfortunately it did not stop raining. As I was on my own I found it very isolated as I was hoping for a local pub near by to meet the locals. The pub is further than 4 miles in the car and the local attractions such as the waterfalls and railway were all closed. Unfortunately I would not recommend this to a person on their own as I left 3 days early due to it being so remote with little to do apart from walks in the pouring rain.

The cabin itself was fantastic, had everything we needed to enjoy ourselves for the three nights we were there. The only thing that was disappointing was the weather! We would have liked to have been in the hot tub more but the weather wasnt great, however we did manage to get in there on the last night. Would highly recommend this place for others to stay and have a nice relaxing couple of days away. Thank you very much.

The hot tub was absolutely excellent, we really appreciated the opportunity and freedom to use it at our leisure and miss it already. Once we worked out how to use the thermostat effectively the temperature was always perfect for our comfort. The only stand out negative point is when it rains moderately heavy the noise on the roof is amplified to a volume that we found impossible to sleep through on at least one night until it had stopped.

Everything was brilliant. The owner Byron was amazing when we had a leak in the bathroom got it fixed ASAP. The only thing I would say is it would be great with a few more light near the hot tub so you can see to get in and out.

Fantastic location, accommodation is nice, comfortable and compact, a little draining rack in kitchen would be handy and directions can be a little complicated, maybe mention pink house after the name to make it visually easier to find. Hot tub is just what's needed, quiet, secluded. Would definitely recommend.

Only had a short stay but found the cabin comfortable peaceful and relaxing nice to sit on the decking and take in the view and watch the wildlife. Lots of walks on the doorstep enjoyed the Black covert it was very warm so a shady river walk was just right.With a soak in the hot tub to end the day would recomend for anyone looking for a place to chill out

Absolutely loved our stay, was very nice and quiet and peaceful. The area was stunning with the views and animals to see. We were lucky enough to have very nice and warm weather so we spent the evenings on the deck and in the hot tub enjoy some wine. Would 100 recommend staying here for a nice peaceful weekweekend.

Stayed for Easter break, very enjoyable and comfortable place. Hot tub was outstanding and place was very quiet which was excellent. Would definitely stay again.

The Cabin is such a beautiful place to stay in a wonderful location. Nice and peaceful, all you really hear is the occasional car go by. The hot tub was perfect too. To sit in the hot tub at night and you can see the stars on a clear night is amazing. Would highly recommend to anyone after a nice break away

Me and my partner had a lovely short break here. Beautiful views and amazing hot tub! Room was small as advertised, but very clean and the bed was so comfy. The kitchen area had 2 rings for cooking, as well as a microwave, toaster and kettle. We were provided 2 small sauce pans and an egg pan. However, no frying pan. This is the only thing we feel could have been improved as it meant we had limited cooking options. Other than that we highly recommend!

Perfect little hut in the middle of nowhere for a quiet and restful break away from it all. No oven, but a hob and microwave and plenty of utensils, cutlery etc. Gorgeous views.

Great getaway location in the middle of nowhere. Property has everything you could need. Inside it has a double bed and a sofa. The kitchen is well equipped with a microwave, double hob, fridge, sink, toaster and all cutlery and crockery you would need. Has a medium sized TV on the wall with satellite TV and fast wifi You have large decking area with 2 deck chairs and parasol. Around the back you have a mid sized lawn area with 2 chairs and table and large hot tub. 20 minutes drive you have the large seaside town of Aberystwyth with lots to do in. A great week was had by me and my wife. Would highly recommend

We found the property cosy, clean and comfortable with everything we needed for our short stay and would highly recommend. The welcome pack was very much appreciated, as was the aircon unit which worked a treat and was very efficient. Byron's constructive email with recommended walks from the door and places to eat also most beneficial.

We had an amazing break from the rat race. The area is beautiful the accommodation is everything it says on the tin. We would recommend the caban to family & friends.

We had a great stay with beautiful weather. Particularly loved the hot tub and the private garden. This property was small but had everything we needed.It could do with a larger fridge especially as there are no local shops nearby. Spectacular views across the valley.
