Cabin Hill, Rhos-On-Sea

We all had a great time staying here to celebrate a family birthday. The adults and children loved it all. Walking distance to the beach and lovely cafes. Plus crazy golf and outdoor pool. Fun crabbing in the sea too. The Hot tub was fantastic and we loved sitting round the kitchen table at night for tea. Everything was spot on and the owner was very attentive if you needed anything. Communication from start to finish was great. Couldnt fault it and will definitely be back again

Perfect stay for the perfect weekend. Went away to celebrate a big birthday of mine with all the family of various ages where the house didnt disappoint. Lovely bedrooms, huge kitchen, cosy living room, kids play area to the relaxing hot tub, this house really did cater for everyones needs. A 10min walk to the centre or a short drive to Llandudno, this location was excellent. Host was available whenever required and was more than helpful. No complaints whatsoever and would definitely come back again. This house really did make the weekend so special. 1010.

We had the best holiday. Location is perfect, short walk to beach, shops and park. House is lovely, has character. We had 10 adults and 7 children staying but the house is a lovely size you never felt like you were on top of each other. Would 100 recommend

We were a group of 14 adults,1,14 year old and 2 great grandchildren. We entered the property and knew this was going to be a great holiday. The place was brilliant for every bodys needs. The games room was well and truly used by all. The large TV room was fantastic for cosy nights watching films and the football or just relaxing. The owners left us lots of interesting information about the area and lots of things to do. We have been abroad for family holidays, but this stay in my opinion was better by far. We would definitely come back here.

We had a wonderful stay at Cabin Hill. We were 8 adults, ranging in age from 24 to 85 and we all loved it. The hot tub and games room were great. The kitchendiner was really well kitted out we had ample stylish bedrooms and bathrooms. The property is in a fab location 10 minutes walk to Rhos and about 45 mins walk from Angel Bay we saw so many seals there it was a real highlight.

The property was beautiful. All what we required. The owner Matt was excellent we received a what's app message day of arrival with little videos on how to work appliances. If we had any issues he sorted then straight away. I would highly recommend this property. We all had a fabulous time there and in Rhos on sea

We had a wonderful family weekend with a various age range. The house is beautiful and had everything that we needed to make it a memorable weekend. Loved all the little touches like the toiletries in the bathroom and the overall decor. The hot tub was a treat and the location couldnt have been better. We had ample space to spread out or be together in one room. Wouldnt hesitate to book again.

This property is absolutely amazing, we were a party of 13 staying for a surprise 60th, the rooms are all beautiful and the house is fully equipped with everything you need, the owners are extremely helpful and friendly and I would highly recommend this place for a perfect and relaxing getaway.

Family weekend away was spoilt somewhat with a few mistakes. We had to call the owner to have one of the bedrooms re arranged, even though this request had been sent earlier. There was no logs left for the fire like advertised, we purchased our own. In the kitchen, the by fold doors did not completely shut tight and so a draft could be felt at dinner times. And the hot tub was not clean. We feel pretty sour about it after all

Loved our stay here. House was in a great area short walk to beach and centre, lots to do nearby, communication with host available whilst staying at the house, bedrooms and bathrooms all great spaces, games room, play equipment and large hot tub a nice bonus, lounge comfy for evening gettogethers, kitchen and dining area was well equipped and spacious enough for everyone to eat together. We were a 3 generation family of 8 adults and 7 children, ranging from 28 years old, celebrating a 65th birthday. We had a great week and the children just loved spending quality time with their cousins. The only tiny negative was that the kitchen only had 1 oven, so cooking all the party food and getting it out on the table at the same time was difficult.

Cabin Hill was a great property for our group which ranged from a 7 yr old to a 66 yr old. 13 members of the family together in one place plus 2 dogs. The bedrooms are large and very comfortable spread across two floors most ensuite and also family bathrooms of a high standard for those without ensuite there was never any waiting for a shower. Downstairs the well equipped games room was really well used. The TV in the lounge is huge and was a focus for those in the group enjoying computer games! There is a toilet opposite the games room so running upstairs was not necessary. The entrance area to the house is great for coats, shoes & bags. The huge kitchen dining room was the hub for the holiday well equipped for making meals from scratch for the whole group and a great table to sit everyone around. The garden is big enough on a sunny day and easily accessed through the bifold doors the bubble pool one of the biggest I've seen. The property is in easy walking distance of the beach, shops, restaurants and bars. Fully recommended by all who came on the holiday.

A lovely house that suited our family group really well. We had a fabulous time. We found it strange that such a well equipped 8 bedroom house did not have hairdriers or oven gloves but otherwise it was great. The very large hot tub was a great success, especially as the weather wasnt brilliant. Adults and children were well catered for and questions were resolved quickly. Many thanks team Cabin Hill!

An amazing property that has absolutely everything you could want. Exceptionally clean and beautifully decorated. We stayed as an extended family holiday with children ranging from 317. The house gives everyone their own space with the kitchendiner allowing everyone to get together. The hot tub is more than just a hot tub, everyone loved it. Ideally located for beach walks and trips out. I cant recommend tbis property enough. We had a great time making the best memories.

We had a fabulous stay at Cabin Hill. Family of 12, mix of ages including children and we all loved the house. Plenty of room for everyone, loved the garden and the games room and large dining area. Really comfy beds and all rooms had lovely decor and enough storage etc. Friendly hosts who provided all the info we needed and were on hand if we needed anything. It was our first visit to Rhos on Sea, great location, close to the beach and walking distance to shops, restaurants etc Would definitely recommend this property and hope to return in the future!

Me and my family stayed here last weekend and we had a fantastic time. The property itself is beautifully presented and everything was immaculate. The facilities provided were excellent and the beds were so comfortable I may have to contact the owners to see where they were purchased! Location is perfect for a stroll down the beachfront to take in the scenery before jumping in the hot tub to wind down, you can take a short swim in there it's that big! Will definitely be returning here in future and would recommend it to anyone. Thankyou to the hosts for the chance to stay here, it was a pleasure

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Cabin Hill! The cottage was perfect in every waybeautifully clean, cozy, and wellequipped with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The location was stunning, offering peaceful surroundings and breathtaking views. From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. We would 100 recommend this place to anyone looking for a wonderful stay in North Wales. Cant wait to return!

Wow, what a beautiful house, 12 of us stayed here to celebrate my 50th birthday and I can honestly say we loved every minute and would not have wanted to stay anywhere else, the house was beautifully decorated and finished to a high standard, the beds were so cosy and comfortable and the curtains were perfect as they kept the rooms so lovely and dark in the mornings. The hot tub and games room were a huge hit we loved all sitting in the stunning kitchen around the beautiful big table, the amount of plates, mugs, etc, was also great, as it meant we didn't have to keep washing up. I couldn't recommend staying here enough, and we will definitely be back.

Cabin Hill is a fantastic modern property with excellent facilities. It is spotless throughout and every single bedroom is beautiful. Shared areas are spacious and wellequipped. Location is great too.

We had a wonderful family get together for my husbands 70th birthday. The house was absolutely beautiful. The games room was a hit with the younger people in our party, the jacuzzi was huge, only problem is that there wasn't any lighting by the jacuzzi at night time. Would definitely stay again and would recommend any large family to stay there. Communication was brilliant with Matt, nothing was to much trouble.

The house it self is amazing only issue we had was the extractor fan did not work. And I would say you will need a light by the hot tub so when your in it at night you can see people or where your going dose not have to be bright but I would recommend a light for outside.. and we did not get any Kindling or Firelighters had to go out and buy some which was not ideal but still.. and we will re visit this again soon as the location was spot on.

When we arrived at this impressive house we were blown away as soon as we opened the front door it was absolutely immaculate the stunning kitchen dining area was awesome ,fully equipped with every kitchen gadget you could wish for . We loved the beautiful furniture in the lounge with seating for all the family ,we ran around to choose our stunning bedrooms each one as imposing as the next with soft cozy beds .The washerdryer was such an asset ,the play area was amazing and we were over whelmed with the size of the hot tub .Cabin Hill is an absolute must return too ! Thank you for such a fabulous holiday experience

We were a mixed generation family 8 adults and 7 children. The facilities were excellent for all. Plenty of bathrooms, areas of seating and never short of crockery or cutlery. The outdoor area was super with the large hot tub and play equipment. Everyone liked the house. Its location in Rhos was ideal for playground, the beach, shops and cafes, all within an easy walking distance. Thank you Matt for answering queries promptly.

Something for everyone 3 televisions , games room , hot tub , balcony to sit out on. room for 18 which was size of our party. had excellent week. Only fault needs new cooker inadequate for so many people . Would return any time.

Cabin Hill is a very well presented property, very clean, modern and welcoming. It is set in a quiet road, 5 minutes walk to the promenade, 10 minutes into the town. Most of our party commented on how comfortable the beds are, everyone loved the kitchendining area and the high level of equipment. There was plenty of space for everyone, and the view from the second floor terrace around sunset was awesome. A welcoming phone call from Matt, one of the hosts, was unexpected, but much appreciated, and communication was excellent. This feedback would not be complete without mention of the very popular Olympic size hot tub! A very enjoyable stay in a high class house.

Just back from our fabulous stay at cabin hill . As soon as we opened the front door it was a wow we were all so made up we chose this property it was so modern and stylish and homely. The kitchen dining room is beautiful and became our families hub to meet up .Hot tub was amazing wasnt expecting it to be that big .Any issues we came across were dealt with immediately just had to phone which was reassuring. Only downside was having to leave .

Cabin Hill was in a fabulous location, the property was clean and we had a great stay. The hot tub is huge, the bedrooms and bathrooms were well spaced and there was lots of room for 15 guests.

Everyone loved the massive hot tub. The house is done out beautifully plenty of room to spread out or be together. Good quality furnishings lovely comfy beds. Well equipped games room. The children loved the bunkbed room with the dressing up clothes. Great hosts checked in on us a few times either text or phone call just to ensure we were enjoying our stay and didnt need anything. Would highly recommend Cabin Hill.

We had an fab time at Cabin Hill. Its an Excellent house with great facilities for a family or friends group gathering for celebrations etc. Flexible combination of bedrooms & bathrooms, mostly ensuite. Brilliant little touches such as kiddies bedroom with a dressing up corner, games room for kids and adults, and great size hottub. Well equipped kitchen and storage. The hosts messaged to ensure guests were happy. Observations The garden could do with more maintenance, it was bone dry during our visit

We had a brilliant Easter week at Cabin Hill. The house was lovely, clean, spacious and very welcoming with the lovely gifts. The beds were super comfortable and the showers were fab. We loved the large kitchen area and huge dining table, we spent alot of time in here. Lovely large sofa in the living room and the children loved the games room too. The garden area is quite small for 3 dogs and the grass very muddy but we were fully aware of this and kept the dogs off it so not a problem. Overall a lovely holiday with a very attentive host Matt who was keen to check we had everything we needed upon arrival and on leaving. Thank you!

We had a brilliant week with 4 generations of my family sharing this stunning house. Its location is perfect, very close to the beach, local shops and restaurants. Cabin Hill has something for every one, from the great play area and games room to the amazing hot tub. The open plan kitchen and dining room is an excellent space for the whole family to enjoy cooking and eating together. All the bedrooms are beautifully decorated and spacious. We would definitely recommend a stay at this amazing house.

What a great time we all had in this quality house. Meal times in the spacious well equipped kitchen , fun in the games room and hot tub, relaxing in the lounge and super comfortable beds. In our party of 15 everyone felt a homely feel to the house and enjoyed every minute. Will definitely come again.

We had a fabulous long weekend break in this lovely property,wish we could have stayed longer. Everything was perfect from the moment we arrived,we were a party of 14, 8 adults and 6 children and it had everything we could of asked for.There was a nice games room that all the children from 8 to 16 really enjoyed,there was also a large dining table so all 14 of us could sit together for meals and games and the hot tub was probably big enough to accommodate all of us if we had wanted. If you want a nice family break or you are a large group of friends then this is the place to go situated close to the beach and the centre of Rhoson Sea.We will recommend it to our friends and definitely be returning in the future.
