Clear View, Pendine

We had a very enjoyable stay at Clear View with great views of Pendine beach and coastline. The house was very well equipped and the en suite bedrooms were roomy and comfortable. Plenty of space in the house for the 10 of us to enjoy our yearly gettogether.

We had a lovely stay in Clear View. Lots of space for the 7 of us, from 3 generations! Helpful to have 2 of the bedrooms & bathrooms on the ground floor. The property was very comfortable and clean and it's a great location for exploring South Wales. Great views over to Pendine Beach. The owners were very helpful and accommodating. Thank you!

Family mini break in this wonderful property. A short 3min walk to the beach, stunning views, clean, stylish and very comfortable. Host Sara was fabulous, answered query immediately and very pleasant. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to return in the future x

We were amazed at the proportions of all of the rooms. They were huge, as is the house, which was perfect for 2 families. Great proximity to the beach and all the amenities. We had a very relaxing holiday.

Clear View is a lovely property with everything you could need for your break away.

We love Clear view, it is such a warm inviting house. Alot of space for everyone and had everything we needed in the house. We are a family of all ages and every one would love to come back! I spoke to the owners during my stay and they really were so nice and friendly, nothing too much trouble. The house had a lovely outdoor area, decking built on different levels for the view, a space for the little ones to run around on the grass and a sitting area. Very close to the beach and shops. Situated within 30 minute drive from lots of attractions which was perfect for us. We all agreed this is one of the best houses we've stayed in!

Three generations of our family loved this fabulous house, we all said it was the best one we had stayed in. Spotlessly clean, fully equipped and we slept so well in the comfy beds. Lots of space for us to chill and the view from the terrace is lovely. The welcome pack was much appreciated and great communication with the lovely lady who owns Clearview. People previously had commented on the steep driveway, it didn't phase our family minibus at all! A great week, thank you

We had a fab week here at the end of August, it really is a lovely property, ideally situated so close to the beach, very well equipped and plenty of space we were a party of 6 adults and 4 children. We were all very happy with this property

What a wonderful place to stay. Despite the weather being a bit iffy we had a great time. The only hiccup is the steep driveway and steps up to the property these wouldn't suit everyone and should be mentioned in the advert for the house.

We had a great stay at Clear View. Pendine is a lovely unspoiled little resort, and the house is only a minute from the beach. The house is beautiful, well equipped and maintained. We thought the changeover day arrangements unsatisfactory, as we could not access the property until 6.00 pm, and were asked to vacate by 9.00 am, a 9 hour changeover period. This seemed excessive, and difficult for those travelling a long distance with small children.

Excellent sea view. Lovely house just a one minute walk to the beach. Owners were friendly, helpful, and understanding when a minor problem cropped up. There was also a nice welcoming food and drink basket. The steep driveway to the house is not for car drivers who are fainthearted.

The house was very cosy and ideal for a large family. We had three generations in the house and it worked for all of us. The kitchen has everything you need during your stay. The steer driveway was a challenge in the beginning but we got used to it. The beach is only a 5 min walk so was lovely for a morning walk.

Excellent property for an extended family gathering. The kitchen was well equipped. Lots of information about things to do. The owner was very helpful.

The property on the whole was great for our group. A few little niggles with taps and radiators not working but these were dealt with as quickly as possible. The steep driveway was a challenge to all the drviers but we got the hang of it eventually Lovely, well furnished accommodation with a super spacious lounge which we all agreed was the best one we have ever used in over 10 years of holiday property renting. So nice to be the near the beach and sea, and we were truly blessed with great weather all week

This property comes highly recommended. It's a beautiful house with comfortable bedrooms and high quality furniture and fittings. Everything you need for day to day living is supplied. Two things,there was a lack of larger saucepans. Also the water in one of the sinks in one of the bedrooms,well it was a dribble ,not really enough to clean your teeth. A great house and stay though.
