Absolutely lovely house for a larger family and in a great spot for sightseeing base, the house is very homely and comfortable and everything you need for a relaxing stay, the only issue is the neighbour came and complained about the noise at 9. 30 at night! Fair enough hes got get up for work early but then to complain again on Friday night at 09.45 was a bit much, I appreciate complaining after 11pm at the weekend but we were having a family get together and the children were excited so running around some but we respected the rules about not being in the hot tub after 9pm and we could hear nothing from next door so we werent convinced he could hear us, the owner was very friendly and understanding but this would put us off staying there again, other than this we wouldnt hesitate to recommend and stay again

Coronation House was a perfect location and stay for our early festive season gathering with our respective family members and kids. It was great to have the space and comfort of this lovely home. The rooms were spacious, the location ace and the ease of access just right. We loved the jacuzzi as well. Some room for improvements were the size of the cooker which struggled to accommodate the 10 of us for our pre Christmas meal. We also experienced an unexpected issue with the lighting which the owner was very quick to respond to and managed his best to get the repair done in a timely manner. We will return again for sure.

We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely property. The facilities were great, and the location is ideal with an easy walk to the beach and shops. There was a minor issue during our visit, which was dealt with promptly and professionally, and we appreciated the quick response. We would happily recommend the property to others. Thank you.

Absolutely beautiful house. It had everything we needed and more. Comfortable beds, clean, beautifully decorated and the hot tub was great. Close to Scarborough a lovely walk down to the beach town, and every shop you need is just 1 minute walk away lovey fish & chip shop. We will definitely return xx

Fantastic house, nice location lovely period property.

This was an amazing property that facilitated everything we needed and more! The property was very clean and tidy, with plenty of room to accomodate our family. The outside space was very safe and secure for dogs and children and also included a hot tub! The property is situated in a great location, just a 12 minute walk to the beach. Also was only a 2 minute walk to the local off lisence with plenty of takeaways near by, including a pizza hut. We couldn't have wished for a better stay and will definitely be booking again!

This house was perfect! It housed all 12 of us comfortably and made for the best holiday. The facilities were clean and comfortable and the hot tub was a popular favourite. The bedrooms were all beautifully decorated and the beds were extremely comfortable, probably the best sleep of my life. The owner was extremely helpful and generous, overall an incredible stay and I would 100 recommended this house to anyone!!

This is a beautiful house ! Plenty of room for all of us. Plenty of plates, bowls, glasses, cutlery, pans, baking trays ! Loved the decor. Good position. Hot tub was the icing on the cake. Even had fairy lights. We would definitely book again.

Beautiful house! We took the extended family for a weekend birthday celebration six adults two children 7 & 3 bags of room for everyone and the adjoining twin bedded bunk room was perfect for my daughter her partner and two children. Lots of bathrooms all finished to a very high standard too. Used the hot tub brilliant spotlessly clean

This is genuinely one of the nicely properties we have ever stayed in. Coronation House is really stylish and comfortable, perfect for our three families. It is clear the owners have put a lot of thought into the artwork and furniture. We particularly loved the sitting room where we loved to play games on an evening after a soak in the hot tub. The property is in a great location with all of Scarborough's main attractions within walking distance. We will definitely be back!
