✓Bedroom 3 (first floor) with 2 x 3ft single beds, no en-suite
✓Bedroom 4 in annexe (ground floor) with a 5ft kingsize bed and en-suite cubicle shower and toilet
✓Three bathrooms total: one family bathroom on first floor with bath, cubicle shower, heated towel rail, and toilet; plus two en-suite bathrooms with showers and toilets
