Main Living Room
This beautiful room is located on the ground floor and has two sofas as well as two armchairs seating six guests. Other furnishings include those of a coffee table, side tables, bookshelves, an armoire and table lamps. The room features an open fireplace with decorative surround and has access to the terrace

Second Living Room
Furnished with a large, comfy sofa and an armchair, this ground floor room has a wonderful working fireplace as well as a small flat screen TV and access to the rear terrace
To the back of the room there’s a small study area with a desk and chair that creates the ideal space for catching up on work e-mails

Reading Nook
Nestled beneath the stairs on the ground floor this lovely little nook has a window and an upholstered bench seat making it a quiet spot to catch up on your reading while enjoying countryside views

Cinema Room
The ground floor cinema room has a large 55-inch LG Smart flat TV screen with Amazon Prime and Netflix as well as a Sonos soundbar. A large sofa provides snuggle room for six guests and converts to a bed for additional sleeping for one guest. If the sofa bed is required for sleeping, please request this so linen can be provided.

Dining Room (on the ground floor and accessed from hall down a step)
Open plan with the kitchen, the dining area is furnished with a farmhouse table, a wonderfully comfortable sofa bench, and three dining chairs

Kitchen
Open plan with the dining area and located on the ground floor, the spacious kitchen features a contemporary design with marble accents and stone worktops. A large central island is fitted with an induction hob and doubles as a breakfast bar with three sturdy barstools
The range of appliances includes an integrated electric oven with grill, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, a Nespresso coffee machine, a kettle and toaster

*Note on bedrooms and sleeping arrangements
Sleeping for the 6th guest is either on the sofa bed in the cinema room or on the pull out trundle bed in Bedroom Three. If the sofa bed is required for sleeping, please request this so linen can be provided.

Master Bedroom
Located on the first floor and furnished with a king size bed, this en-suite room has far-reaching views over the surrounding landscape. Other furniture includes a built-in wardrobe, bedside tables with lamps and a large cabinet / chest of drawers

Bedroom Two
Located on the first floor this fantastic room has more of those spectacular countryside views and is furnished with a double bed, bedside tables with lights and a dressing table with drawers and a mirror

Bedroom Three
A wonderfully styled bedroom on the first floor, it features a fabulous, wallpapered ceiling and a lush outlook from the window which is positioned over its single bed. Additional furniture includes a side pedestal and light as well as a built-in wardrobe
*There is a pull out trundle bed for additional sleeping for 1 guest (either a child or an adult)

Family bathroom
Located on the first floor, the contemporary family bathroom has a large walk-in shower, a hand basin and WC

Bathroom Two
En suite to the master bedroom on the first floor, with walk-in shower, hand basin and WC

*There is a small cloakroom with WC on the ground floor off the kitchen / dining area

Outside
To the back of the property, a fantastic terrace spans the length of the house and is furnished with sun-loungers, a stylish rattan lounge suite and table as well as a second dining table with seating for six. To the far side of the terrace, a large hot tub bubbles away on its own decked platform and boasts beautiful views down the garden and over the rural landscape beyond. Please note that the hot tub will only be up to temperature the day after arrival

The large lawn on the top tier of the garden is landscaped and surrounded by a fence. A gate then accesses the footpath which meanders down a gentle slope to the bottom meadow
