Drumore House Reviews

An excellent and comfortable place to stay when enjoying the North West of Donegal. A stunning view every morning, great location close to local beaches and amenities and Ann the host could not be more helpful. A very good place for a family gathering. We would definitely stay again

Lovely house. Lots of rooms. Beautiful view. Lots of space for the dog to run around. Peaceful.
We had a fantastic stay. The place was so clean. Lovely location with lots of gorgeous beaches nearby. We were well looked after with lots of tips and information left to us by the host and a basket full of treats! Would thoroughly recommend.
Amazing place and amazing holiday house! !! We highly recommend to everyone choose that place who wants to stay far away from busy city

Brilliant stay. Ann was in communication the whole way and made sure we had everything we needed. Really appreciated the welcome basket. The area is beautiful and we had a very cosy stay even when the weather wasn't the best. Could not reccommend enough. We really hope to be back again. Thanks

We had a brillant week end. Dunmore house was simply devine. Had everything we needed. The house was clean and well stocked. Thank you.
Lovely cosy cottage with well stocked kitchen and comfortable lounge. Ideally situated for exploring Irelands Wild Atlantic Way coastal route. Couldn't fault our week long stay here and would be more than happy to book again.

This large house is perfectly situated on a hill with a fantastic view of an inlet to the sea and is within driving distance of some beautiful beaches and all sites and amenities in the Fanad area. It was perfect for us and our small dog. It is warm and well maintained very comfortable. Ann the owner is very friendly and helpful and left us a nice 'welcome pack' with cake, wine and biscuits. Our only small criticism would be that the kitchen is not that well equipped no smaller plates, only a few bowls bring a potato peeler!. There are no recycle bins or indeed, any external bins and recyclable materials need to be taken off site but this was not a major inconvenience. We would recommend this home and, if you can't find peace and tranquility in the 'hills' and beaches of North Donegal, there's really no hope for you... Trevor and Elaine

We had a lovely stay at Drumore house a home away from home. Kids loved it an they love the welcome basket would definitely recommend thanks
Excellent house. Only faults were beds were too soft not enough trays for oven. Thank you Ann for the basket. Would recommend. Will return again.
Great location, great accommodation, great host, Anne left us a complimentary box which was a very nice personal touch, we would definitely go back and highly recommend it, Jean & Norman. ..
Lovely home. Comfortable in beautiful, peaceful location. Lots of space indoor and outdoor. Owner easy to reach and kept in touch. Very generous welcome basket there for us thanks Ann. All loved the reclining chairs in the evening to chill out and watch the view outside. Easy access 10 mins by car to multiple locations for great beaches, restaurants, shops etc. All in all, grest home for a relaxing time. Really looking forward to coming back.

The owner Ann was extremely welcoming and hospitable and the property was warm and decorated for Christmas which was lovely. Lovely scenic country views yet close to a nearby town. Would recommend for a quiet holiday away from hustle and bustle. We would have no hesitation in returning.
