Open plan with the lounge and dining area, the sleek, white kitchen features stone work surfaces and a range of large and small appliances including a fan assisted electric oven and induction hob, fridge and freezer, microwave, dishwasher, Dulce Gusto coffee machine, Smeg kettle and toaster

Housing an iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner, washing machine and tumble dryer

Incorporated within the open plan living area, it features a dining table with four chairs and a sideboard

This family bathroom is also well ventilated and features a bath with overhead shower, glass shower screen, heated towel rail, hand basin, mirror, shaving point, cabinet and WC

Outside
The paved terrace sits within the private garden which is partly laid to lawn. The garden is enclosed with a fence and hedging plants and features sections of clean stone. It is furnished with an outdoor dining set of a table and four chairs, as well as a large electric *hot tub
*Please note that the hot tub will only be up to temperature the day after arrival

Parking
This home has a private gravel drive with large vehicle access and space for two cars. Nearby, additional parking can be found on site
