✓Property set on 40 acres including private well-stocked trout fly fishing lake 30 yards from barn (licence required)
✓Large enclosed courtyard with sitting-out area and outdoor furniture
✓Private parking on site for 5 vehicles
✓Owner lives on-site and can arrange local celebrity chef for special meals on occasion
✓Suitable for large groups, families, and couples only (couples and family bookings only policy)
✓Security deposit of £400 required
✓Pets allowed, maximum 2 dogs, pets stay free of charge
✓Five bedrooms total: 2 zip and link bedrooms with 2 single (3ft) beds each, 3 double bedrooms with 4ft 6in beds
✓All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with facilities: Bedroom 1 ground floor wet room with shower and toilet; Bedroom 2 first floor cubicle shower and toilet; Bedrooms 3 and 4 share Jack and Jill en-suite with bath and toilet; Bedroom 5 first floor bath, cubicle shower, and toilet
