The range of appliances includes a 5-ring gas hob with electric oven, an under-counter larder fridge and freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, and a Bosch Tassimo pod coffee machine. The island and work surfaces are topped with polished granite

Furnished with a king-size bed, bedside tables with lamps, a rattan bench at the end of the bed, a dressing table with upholstered stool, a mirror and a huge wardrobe space

Outside
The beautifully maintained south-facing garden has gentle, sloping lawns and mature shrubs. The paved terrace is tiered with the upper level accessed via 5 steps. Here you’ll find a large dining table with seating for 8. Two sun-loungers are provided, as well as a charcoal BBQ which is stored in the outside shed. There is plenty of space to store bikes, wetsuits, boards and beach gear.

Parking
Parking for two cars in the double carport which is accessed from Chy-An-Dour Close. While street parking is available we urge guests to please be considerate of neighbours and their driveways. Alternatively, paid parking is available at
