The vast open-plan kitchen/diner features slate flagstone flooring and a seating area / snug with large sinkable three-seater sofa. Full width bi-fold doors lead outside to the paved terrace which in warm weather can be opened to extend the entertainment space outside
The range of appliances includes a 5-ring gas hob with electric oven, an under-counter larder fridge and freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, and a Bosch Tassimo pod coffee machine. The island and work surfaces are topped with polished granite

* An iron, ironing board and vacuum cleaner are provided

Utility Room
Located off the dining area and housing a Bosch washing machine and Bosch tumble dryer

Furnished with a large wooden table, and bench seats and chairs for 10 guests

Bedroom One (Ground floor)
This cosy ground floor bedroom features exposed granite and sash windows, with twin beds, a side table with lamp, an armchair, chest of drawers and a mirror

Bedroom Two (First floor)
The spacious Master bedroom is flooded with natural light and has its own en-suite shower room. French doors open out to a Juliet balcony with glass balustrade which overlooks the garden and terrace. Furnished with a king-size bed, bedside tables with lamps, a rattan bench at the end of the bed, a dressing table with upholstered stool, a mirror and a huge wardrobe space

*A hairdryer is provided

Bedroom Three (First floor)
A delightful south-facing bedroom with sash window and exposed stone. Furnished with twin beds, a bedside table with lamp, a chest of drawers, an occasional chair and a mirror

Bedroom Four (First floor)
This large attractive bedroom features exposed granite with double south-facing sash windows. Furnished with a king-size bed, bedside tables with lamps, a dressing table, mirror, chest of drawers and an armchair as well as hooks for hanging clothes

Shower Room (Ground floor)
This room has a walk-in shower (electric), large hand basin, heated towel rail and WC

Family Bathroom (First floor)
Featuring a large walk-in shower, a gorgeous free-standing bath and oversized hand basin, as well as a heated towel rail, pedestal with drawers and a shelf, and WC

En-suite to Master Bedroom (First floor)
Featuring a shower, hand basin, heated towel rail, pedestal with drawers and WC

Outside
The beautifully maintained south-facing garden has gentle, sloping lawns and mature shrubs. The paved terrace is tiered with the upper level accessed via 5 steps. Here you’ll find a large dining table with seating for 8. Two sun-loungers are provided, as well as a charcoal BBQ which is stored in the outside shed. There is plenty of space to store bikes, wetsuits, boards and beach gear.

*Guests are asked to supply their own charcoal and firelighters

Parking
Parking for two cars in the double carport which is accessed from Chy-An-Dour Close. While street parking is available we urge guests to please be considerate of neighbours and their driveways. Alternatively, paid parking is available at St Ives Rugby Club on Alexandra Road (about 15-minutes' walk)
