We all had a wonderful time at this wonderful house and a lovely hot tub . It is so handy to the beach and shop all very close. Nick is so helpful and always ready to help if needed we hope are are able revisit in the future.thank you again

We had a fabulous week at Fallowfield. The house is very large, clean, and comfortable, with everything needed for an easy relaxing stay. The garden was even bigger than expected and completely secure, which we and our dog loved. The location was perfect, a very short walk to the dunes and on to the beach which we had almost entirely to ourselves. Thanks for a great holiday!

What a fantastic property. Plenty of space for everyone. Lots of different areas within the house to relax. Bedrooms well furnished and comfortable. Excellent kitchen and equipment. Beautiful garden. Owners really helpful in making suggestions for younger children. An amazing find.

We had the most wonderful stay at Fallowfield in WintertononSea it truly exceeded all expectations. The house itself is beautiful and incredibly spacious, giving everyone plenty of room to relax without ever feeling crowded. From the moment we arrived, it felt like a peaceful and cosy retreat, perfectly set up with absolutely everything you could need for a comfortable stay. One of the highlights for us was the gorgeous garden its ideal if youre bringing dogs, as its completely secure and gives you real peace of mind while they roam and play. After long walks, coming back to unwind in the hot tub was just perfect such a relaxing touch that made the whole stay feel extra special. The location couldnt be better. Fallowfield is just a stones throw from the stunning beach, with easy access through the beautiful sand dunes perfect for morning strolls or watching the sunset. WintertononSea itself is a charming, quaint seaside village with everything you need close by. Theres a lovely pub, a great chip shop, and a handy local shop, all adding to the relaxed, friendly atmosphere of the area. Nick the host was friendly and helpful and responded promptly with answers to any questions we had. If youre looking for a peaceful, relaxing getaway in a beautiful setting with all the comforts of home, Fallowfield is an absolute gem. We wouldnt hesitate to return! Sam

Amazing property, everything we wished for a family holiday . We had an 18month old with us and he was able to move around freely, with out any worry of him hurting himself or damaging anything .

Lovely big house with secure wraparound garden which the dogs loved. Well equipped kitchen and plenty of room for everyone in the living areas. Information given before arrival was handy and repeated again in the folder at the property. 5

Very good location. Huge house and well equipped. Very clean on takeover and good kitchen. Only issue is quality of heating. It got cold at night but heating didn't come on. It needs adjusting.

Wonderful property for a relaxing break for my family and our dog who enjoyed the dog friendly beaches and grass dunes a short walk away. The garden was fully enclosed and safe for our dog and children and the hot tub was a bonus. The house was well equipped and very clean. I can't fault the property and hope to return soon. There was a problem with the microwave while we were there and Nick immediately arranged for a new one to be delivered on the following day. Thank you Nick!

Four generations ranging from 1 to 84. And a dog The house and wrap around garden were fantastic. All fenced in so no fear of the children or the dog getting out The house is huge and well set out. Everything we needed and the bonus of a hot tub

Wonderful location for a family mini break. Safe garden for our dogs and plenty of space in the house for everyone. Nick was a very responsive host leading up to our stay. We had no need to contact him during the stay as everything was perfect. Would highly recommend.

We had the most amazing holiday at Fallowfield! The house is absolutely stunningthink cozy charm meets elegant stylewith gorgeous gardens that feel like your own private oasis. It truly felt like a home away from home, with every comfort thoughtfully provided. Huge shoutout to Nick, the host, who was a superstar with communicationfriendly, helpful, and always quick to respond. The location? Perfect. Just a short stroll to breathtaking sand dune walks, close to handy shops, and a lovely village pub thats full of character. Whether you're after adventure or relaxation, Fallowfield has it all. We didnt want to leave!

We had a great weekend, lovely spacious house and garden, the hot tub was very popular for our family weekend. The only minor issue was the walk to the village but it kept us fit! The fish and chip shop and pub were great.

Fallowfield was wonderful. Enclosed around the whole house, the inside of the house was lovely and roomy enough for all of our group. Perfect location, right next to the beach. Big drive so no issues with parking. Would definitely stay again.

A lovely property, really enjoyed our stay. Well equipped and situated in walking distance to the beach and village. The garden is fully fenced which made it easy to sit out with our dogs in the garden. Nick was both helpful and patient with our queries. We would definitely return. Our one suggestion would be for a couple more chairs in the conservatory, but overall a great place to spend a holiday.

A wonderful winter break with all the family . Fallowfield was warm, very clean, spacious and a perfect property for a family get together. Well equipped with good quality kitchen items and cleaning materials. Excellent dining facilities, very comfortable beds and lots of storage. The hot tub was an added bonus. Contact with the owner was easy and he quickly responded to queries and requests. The welcome pack was much appreciated. Would definitely stay again if we returned to the area.

Excellent communication from the owner, and the property was exactly as described. An ideal location for easy access to the beach. Visiting the seal colony on a daily basis was a real treat.

This beautiful and stunning house and garden was a perfect match to its description . It was a great privilege to stay in such a lovely home filled with character and charm. It had everything you could ask for and so much more! The enclosed garden was gorgeous and perfect for our Toy poodle to explore! It was a great location for both walking and driving to beautiful Norfolk villages and towns that is if you can tear yourself away from Fallowfield! We four of us and two dogs particularly enjoyed our walks on the coast and dunes . We did some of the walks you provided and will have to return to do the rest! What a wonderful holiday! Fallowfield was an excellent choice for 5 adults and 2 dogs for an Autumn holiday. The house just went on an on and was incerdibly homely, Winterton On Sea and Hemsby were fabulous and excellent for the dogs. A short walk would take you to the sand dunes the steps down once navigated are fine but alternatively walk through the delightful village to the beach. We used to drive to nearby Hemsby or the car park by Winterton Beach where there is a wonderful Coffee Hut. The hot tub is more than a bonus it's a necessity! Would highly recommend.

Amazing Home , has everything you want or need. Large bedrooms , great facilities, lovely landscaped garden and obviously not forgetting the hot tub which was used daily. Very close to beach and WintertonOnSea village with yarmouth a short drive away. Book it you won't be sorry.

Perfect property for for our requirements. Such a lovely house with all we needed fully enclosed garden for the dogs to run free a spacious living area where we were all comfortable and able to chill watching the tv. Winterton is a quiet village with a lovley pub only 10 minutes from from the house, it was also only a 5 minute walk to the beach. There is plenty to do in a 30 minute radius and a special mention to Poppylands in Horsey a 1940's themed cafe with a lovely shop. All in all would highly recommend Fallowfields great communication with the owners and very clean.

As three couples who have been meeting every year in a self catering property for the last ten years or more, we can confirm that Fallowfield is as comfortable and well presented as any property we have had the good fortune to find. There is a large enclosed garden which is well maintained and the hot tub was clearly well looked after. Inside there are three comfortable seating areas and a kitchen with plenty of mugs, glasses, crockery, pans and cutlery. There is a useful utility area for those with dogs. The property is well situated with the sandbanks and sea a few minutes walk away down some steps and a footpath. There is an easy walk to Winterton on Sea and the pub and shop. It was very quiet and peaceful both day and night. Its a good centre for trips on the Broads, the Bure valley railway, the seals near Horsey and various coastal villages. Nick was very easy to communicate with during our stay and we all had a most enjoyable week. We would have no hesitation in recommending this property.

We had a lovely stay at Fallowfields the house was large enough for 8 of us, clean and tidy. We had 2 dogs who loved to roam outside in the enclosed garden. It is close to the beach but had to walk through the dunes first, this wasnt a problem for us as the dogs loved the walks. We visited the seals which was 5 mins up the road by car, did a boat trip and went into Great Yarmouth. Apart from the weather being quite wet for the week we still managed to make the most of it.

Fallowfield was a lovely spacious comfortable house. Well presented, situated in a good area not far from the beach. Ideal for us with a bedroom downstairs for elderly parents, teenagers enjoyed the hot tub and dogs had fun in the safe enclosed garden. A very relaxing break with sunshine on the garden room in November!

Lovely spacious house with everything we needed. The hot tub was a bonus and the large garden was perfect for the dog. The best thing was the location just a couple of minutes' walk from the dunes and then onto the beach, which was our walk every day. We would love to go back again one day soon

We have had a fantastic week at Fallowfield. The bungalow was spotless clean when we arrived and the welcome pack was a lovely touch. The bungalow had everything we needed for a home from home holiday and was beautiful and so spacious. The immaculate garden had plenty of seating to sit outside to enjoy the late September sunshine, and the hot tub was very relaxing. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back.

We had a lovely stay at Fallowfields, the house and garden are amazing, there was lots of room for everyone including our dog who loved roaming around the garden which is well enclosed so we had no concerns when letting him out on his own. The village itself was lovely and so close to a lovely dog friendly beach. The owner was easily contactable when we had a question about the washing machine. I would definitely recommend this holiday home.
