We had a great stay at Green View. The bungalow was very handy for a wedding we were attending at Tyn Dwr Hall which was only a 5 minute walk door to door, which meant we didn't require taxis later in the evening. The communication from the owner Graham was great, he even contacted us to say that we could get the keys earlier if we wanted. The location was ideal and extremely quiet with just a couple of minutes drive into Llangollen centre. We would all love to come back and spend more time in Llangollen as there is plenty to see and do. Many thanks to Graham and family.

Great location was very peaceful. Great for exploring the town and local area. The views were stunning. the bungalow was spotless and great communication from the owners. Small issue with freezer which was promptly sorted. Only slight issue for us was no direct access from house to garden had to go out the front or through the side door and then garage A great place to stay in a beautiful part of Wales.

Lovely stay in a wellsituated Llangollen bungalow We recently stayed in a bungalow in Llangollen and had a fantastic experience. The location was ideal, peaceful, easy to get around, and perfectly placed for exploring the town and surrounding countryside. The views were stunning, making mornings and evenings especially relaxing. The bungalow itself was spotless and very well kept, which made the stay feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. Communication with the owner was excellent throughout clear, friendly, and quick to respond, which really added to the overall ease of the trip. A great place to stay in a beautiful part of Wales.

What a fabulous stay we had at Green View. I spent my 70th birthday there and it couldn't have been better. Very peacefully and in beautiful surroundings. The cottage was large comfortable and had every thing you would need and some. Our dogs loved the the garden which was very secure and a lovely place to spend some time. Very easy acess to the tourist attractions. We had a fab time and hope to visit again soon. Would highly recommend this property. Sue Rachel and fur babies.

Very lovely amd comfortable property on the outskirts of Llangollen walking distance very appreciated as the main town can get quite busy.

Lovely spacious 3 bed bungalow set in stunning quiet location. 5 to 10 min walk to town centre. Beautiful kept large garden. Very clean bungalow. There was enough towels and bedding for 5 adults. Great value for money to stay over Easter holidays. Enough parking space for 2 large cars. Would definitely recommend to others. Will book again on our next visit to Llangollen.

The house, Green View, was warm, cosy and very comfortable for our stay between Christmas and New Year. We were pleasantly surprised to find a Christmas tree and decorations, which immediately made it feel welcoming and seasonal. The lounge was a genuinely comfortable space for relaxing, whether watching a film, reading, or spending time together, and the central heating kept the house consistently warm throughout our stay. The three bedrooms were spacious, with comfortable beds, and the shared bathroom worked well, with both a bath and a shower. The kitchen met our needs perfectly, and the serving hatch through to the lounge was a fun and practical feature that added to the social feel of the house. Llangollen itself was particularly picturesque in early January, quiet but full of character, and the house is very well located for exploring the area. We used it as a base to visit Wrexham, Chester, Manchester, Liverpool, Llandudno and several other places, all of which were an easy and straightforward drive. Overall, Green View is a great house warm, cosy, comfortable and very well suited to our group of five. We would happily stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at Green View last week. The accommodation was perfect 3 good sized bedrooms with plenty of storage space, a roomy kitchen and cosy living room. It was spotless and we appreciated little touches like a beautiful Christmas tree and some other little decorations set up for our arrival. The culdesac was nice and quiet with beautiful views across the hills. We will definitely be booking again a perfect retreat for a few days with family in the beautiful Welsh town of Llangollen.

Very well kept property in a convenient location. good access to town centre and many great walks. We walked up to Castell Dinas Bran which has been on my to do list for over 50 years. Very comfortable beds which are essential for a good stay. The only problem we had was the inbuilt freezer . we put our frozen food delivery in on our arrival but did not realise the freezer was not switched on so we lost our frozen food.

Choosing Green View enabled us to have a wonderful two weeks away after an unpleasant couple of years with serious medical problems. The accommodation is wonderful and has everything, and much more, that you could wish for. The situation is excellent and although we cannot walk far now we found so many good pubs within a ten mile radius with easy access to the river or canal that we were able to have a short trot each day, including over the aqueduct. There is not one thing worthy of complaint so thankyou Green View, it's owners and Sykes for a wonderful break from our usual four walls. Now planning our next visit to you in the Spring. Close enough to the town for shops etc, but far away from any noise, plenty of walks from the doorstep so no need to use the car.

We have visited here before and it didnt disappoint. Its clean, very comfortable and has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The host is very helpful, we arrived early and as the property was ready he was more than happy for us to stay. The area is beautiful with lots of things to do for all ages. My dog knew where the enclosed garden was as soon as we arrived.

Being in a small cul de sac meant it was a quiet location which we liked. The back garden was enclosed so the dog could be left to do his business in safety. I notified the owner that it might be good to leave instructions for the electrical appliances for those of us who like to know how things work! The town was a fairly gentle walk down hill and not too far for your average person although there wasn't a pavement until the bottom of the hill. The woods nearby were ideal for walking the dog but steep in places so not for the elderly or infirm. All in all a really nice place only spoiled by the weather....

We had a throughly enjoyable stay at Green View, which is only a short walk away from the centre of Llangollen. The cottage is spacious and homely, and all the comforts of home are available to you. We were very lucky that the weather was brilliant. Sitting on the patio area after dinner with a glass of wine, looking around the well kept garden, and viewing the area ahead was lovely. Our little dogs settled here very quickly. The owner also kept in touch during our stay, which was a nice.

A wonderful cottage in a wonderful location. We went with three young children and it was perfect for us. I overpacked and realised that I didnt need to. Everything was provided. Even teddies and toys and childrens movies to keep the kids entertained in the evenings. Really recommend this place. The hosts were available via text to ensure we were okay. Lots of beautiful places near by. Thank you so much. Great memories made.

Green View cottage is really lovely and homely with everything you need , couldn't ask for more. It's got beautiful views and central to everything we wanted to do and see. We will definitely stay here again when we next come this way. Definitely recommend to family and friends.

Clean, comfortable and spacious accommodation in a very quiet residential area within walking distance a mile of the centre of Llangollen. It proved to be a great base for my walking holiday around Llangollen and the Berwyns. I'd happily stay there again.

Property owner was very quick to reply to any messages. The house is absolutely stunning and so are the views from it too. The only problem i did have was the access to the garden with having a dog, also the tv is a standard tv not smart tv but thats wasnt an issue. Absolutely lovely people in the village and the owners too. Would definitely come back again.

Our host was really helpful and the bungalow was perfect for our needs. Really great for older people and people with young children. Our Westie loved the enclosed garden . Its really close to Llangollen and other facilities, lots to do. I highly recommend this property and hope to visit again soon.

This is a lovely cottage and I would revisit. Its very well maintained. The only comment I would make is that you cant get directly into the back garden from the back of the house which meant we had to put a lead on the dog to go into the garden.

We very much liked this holiday let house. It was warm and very comfortable and was exactly as it had been described. It was spotlessly clean too. It exactly suited what we were looking for so we could include our daughter who was working on Christmas Eve and from 27th in our family Christmas. We had fantastic weather so could really enjoy the views and walks up on the hills. The books guides on the area in the house were really helpful. It was lovely to be in such a quiet spot yet within walking distance of the town. We really appreciated the Christmas tree and card!
