Equipped with an electric oven and grill, gas hob, toaster, kettle, microwave, and *Nespresso coffee machine, iron and ironing board
*A starter supply of pods are provided but guests are asked to bring their own for the duration of their stay

Down the side of the cottage is an outside path leading to the store where the washing machine is kept

Dining Area (Ground Floor)
Furnished with a table and seating for six guests

Bedroom One (Ground Floor)
This Japanese-inspired room includes twin mattresses (can be configured as a double upon request) on top of a sleeping platform constructed with authentic Japanese tatami mats. Tatami mats are traditionally made with a compressed rice straw core and a woven soft rush grass surface. These natural materials create a firm and breathable surface that helps regulate indoor humidity by absorbing and releasing moisture. Tatami mats are also naturally fragrant and contribute to a clean, minimalist interior aesthetic.

This upper floor bedroom is furnished with a double bed, bedside tables, lamps and a wardrobe

Bedroom Three (First Floor)
The master bedroom is en-suite and features a king size bed and has stunning views over the harbour and across the bay

The family bathroom has a double shower, hand basin, cabinet, mirror, heated towel rail and WC

There is on-street parking available in the area on a first come first served basis. Alternatively, a long stay car park can be found around the corner at St Peters Hill
