Yoga area
Situated on the ground floor this unique double height yoga space has plenty of room for yoga/ workouts. Complete your exercise as the sun comes up on the outside terrace or in front the large glass windows of the yoga space.

Home Office
The beautifully stylish home office can be found upstairs and has built-in desks and leather desk chairs, perfect for at least 2 people working. Sliding doors open out to the Juliet balcony with gorgeous views over the garden and out to the sea

Kitchen
A vast contemporary Italian kitchen resides upstairs and has an open plan dining area. Superbly equipped it has a built in Neff coffee machine with bean grinder to make your perfect coffee, Quooker tap for instant boiling water, 2 electric ovens, microwave, full size fridge and separate full- size freezer, dishwasher, kettle and toaster. An enormous Dekton kitchen island has five stools, perfect for families and groups to gather and cook together

Utility
The ground floor utility room has a sink, cupboards, washer and dryer, vacuum cleaner, iron, ironing board and access to garden

Dining Room
Open plan with the kitchen, this area has a large table with seating for ten, and gorgeous views (of course!)

All bedrooms provide a hairdryer. And all apart from Room 4 (Mustard Room) are en-suite, however this room has the sole use of the lovely family bathroom (just outside the room)

Bedroom One
The exquisite upper floor master en-suite with walk in wardrobe and private balcony has views of Start Bay, the ocean and Slapton village. Furnished with a King bed, desk and chair, armchair and side tables with lamps. A deep Japanese soaking tub sits in the room in front of the sliding doors and windows so you can enjoy those wonderful panoramas while relaxing in the bath

Bedroom Two (Teal room)
This gorgeous ground floor en-suite bedroom has twin beds (which can be configured to a super king), a dressing table, mirror, bookshelves, built in wardrobe and sliding doors straight onto the large garden with beautiful sea views

Bedroom Three (Green)
Set on the ground floor, this lovely en-suite room has beautiful sea views and is furnished with a super king size bed (can be configured to twins), dressing table, mirror, built in wardrobes, bedside tables with lamps and sliding doors straight onto the large garden

Bedroom Four (Mustard)
This ground floor bedroom also has wonderful sea views and is furnished with bunk beds, a desk, built in wardrobe, table with reading lamp, and has a patio door straight out to the large garden

Bedroom Five (Purple)
This beautiful en-suite bedroom is on the ground floor and features a super king bed (which can be configured to twins on request), dressing table, mirror, built in wardrobes, side tables and lamps. There are also lovely sea views and a patio door to the garden

Bathroom One
En-suite to Master Bedroom with luxury double shower with rain head and handheld attachments, twin basins, heated towel rail and WC.

Bathroom Two

Bathroom Four
The ground floor family bathroom has a bath with overhead shower and separate hand-held shower wand. As all other bedrooms have en-suites this bathroom can be used solely by the bunk room (Bedroom Four)

The en-suite to Bedroom Five with walk-in shower and separate hand-held shower wand, basin, mirror, heated towel rail and WC

Outside
Both floors can be accessed from outside via a slight slope avoiding the internal flight of stairs

This home has multiple huge sliding doors on both levels to its various furnished patios and terraces. Perfect for warm-weather cooking, the fantastic outside the kitchen features a built in Weber Komado BBQ, L-shaped stone worktop and four stools. There’s also outside dining for ten guests, a massive garden with fire-bowl and benches, three patios/ terraces and various outdoor lounges, seating, another dining area and a double swinging chair. A large hot tub overlooks the garden and has views down to the coast. It has LED lights and different jet settings and is big enough for six people in one go. The side of the property, accessed from the garden or utility room has an outdoor hot shower, perfect for washing dogs/ kids after a day out on the beach, as well as a rotary washing line.
