Over three floors. Three bedrooms: 1 x second-floor king-size (zip/link, can be twin on request), 1 x king-size, 1 x single. Bathroom with bath, shower over, basin, heated towel rail and WC. Ground-floor shower room with walk-in shower, basin and WC. Open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. First-floor utility. Please note that the beds can be made as super king size or twin. Requests for these must be made at least 2 weeks prior to arrival.

✓A parking permit (valid until 27th february 2027) for an unallocated space in the mayors avenue car park is provided (10/15 min walk away)
