✓Logs are provided on arrival and additional logs can be purchased at £5 per load
✓A selection of books and games, ipod dock/smart tv, dvd player and super-fast wifi
✓Fuel and power included in rent
✓Bed linen and towels included in rent
✓Communal landscaped gardens with gas bbq
✓Guests can purchase logs to be used in the outside charcoal bbq at £5 per load, or coal can be purchased from the village shops
✓Cot and highchair provided
✓Two well behaved dogs welcome (xl bully breeds cannot be accommodated)
✓Sorry no smoking in the cottage or the grounds
✓Shop 12 mins walk and pub 1 mile
✓Bike storage (available on request)
✓Disabled ramp access to property through french doors
✓Note: care must be taken with children, the infirm and dogs in the grounds as there are open ponds and uneven ground
✓Note: the owner runs yoga and art classes on site for guests staying in the cottage, to book a place during your stay you will need to contact the owner directly
