This large room is on the ground floor and is open plan with the kitchen and dining room
Sliding doors access the paved terrace
Furnished with two sofas, coffee table, sideboard and electric fire

Equipped with a good range of appliances including an electric Range cooker, electric solid plate hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, kettle, toaster, and cafetiere
Cutlery, utensils, glasses, crockery, pots and pans are provided

Separate utility room on the ground floor off the entrance hall which has a sink and houses the washing machine, iron and ironing board

Open plan with the lounge, the dining space is furnished with a table and seating for 8 guests

Furnished with bedside tables, bedside lamps, mirror, built-in wardrobe and Smart TV with Freeview

The master bedroom rests on the top floor and has its own balcony with views over the grounds and valley
