Great location in this beautiful Weald location and handy for our walking. A great cottage for a group. Had most things we needed. A bread knife and microwave would be helpful additions. The house is advertised with capacity for 10 people using the snug room sofa bed to take it from 8 to 10. This needs to be amended. One of our group was required to sleep in that bed and the springs have now failed. She created a bed using sofa cushions but its a very poor bed and just simply needs upgrade or else just advertise for 8. We were a group of six but singles needed their own beds. There is only one dustbin so we left recycling in a basket we found and used the bin for ordinary waste hope that was okay. Thank you for a good base for our trip.

A lovely property very comfortable and well appointed. Exactly what we needed and in a great area. The beds were the comfiest I have slept in. Heaven!
