✓Gas central heating, electric oven, induction hob, microwave oven, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, nespresso coffee machine, 55 inch smart tv, fuel and power included in rental cost, bed linen and towels (excluding beach towels) included in rental cost, designated parking for one car in the visitors car park
✓Please note that the car park is approximately 100 yards from the house and the property can only be accessed on foot from the car park
✓Garden, decked patio and balcony
✓One well-behaved dogs welcome, no smoking or vaping, shop, pub and beach 0.2 miles, please note that the garden is not enclosed, please note this property is unable to accommodate a friday changeover
✓Please note: we would like to make guests aware that building work is scheduled to take place at the neighbouring property, which is attached to this home (semi-detached)
✓The project, an extension, is due to commence from 1st september 2026 and is expected to continue until approximately march 2027
✓All work will be carried out during standard daytime construction hours; however, there may be some associated noise and disruption during this period
