Comfortable clean accommodation which is well equipped. Nice touch leaving milk and biscuits for guests on arrival. Reviews states it is a 10 minute walk to town however being of a certain age it was more like 20 minutes. I would highly recommend this property for your holiday break.
We really enjoyed our week at Little Tern cottage. The cottage was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed and more very well equipped kitchen. Seahouses is a great base for a Northumbria coastal holiday, with great beaches, pubs, eateries and ice cream! Especially recommend the Olde Ship, the White Swan at Warrenford, the Potted Lobster at Bamburgh and the Courtyard Cafe at Beadnell. We have already booked our next holiday in the area!
Little Tern is a lovely cottage to stay very comfortable with everything you need. Clean and nicely decorated. Lovely patio garden with outside furniture 10 minute walk into Seahouses and easy access to other places of interest including Bamburgh We really enjoyed our week and would book again

A beautiful cottage , possibly the best we have stayed in , everything about the cottage is top notch , with top of the range appliances and comfortable beds , only a 10 minute walk into seahouses it is tucked away in a courtyard of similar properties , nice and quite. Would without a doubt recommend this cottage , thank you !

Absolutely perfect cottage in a beautiful area. Lots to see and do locally and slightly further afield. The cottage has everything you could possibly need and it was very clean and well maintained. I loved coming home to this warm, cozy cottage after a day exploring Northumberland.
Absolutely blown away with this property! ! Clean,well decorated and everything you need. Two very large car parking spaces, warm and nice furniture throughout. The garden area is superb, lots of furniture for four people and a BBQ should you need it. Would love to rebook asap. Thankyou for helping to make our holiday a brilliant success!!!!!!

Perfect accommodation in every way. Well equipped kitchen, short of nothing. The garden was nice and private with lovely outdoor furniture, this was perfect for our little dog. Spotlessly clean throughout with very comfortable beds. Will definitely stay here again.
Little Tern was an excellent base for exploring all that Northumberland has to offer. The property was very well equipped and spacious, ideal for a couple with a dog. The garden enabled us to relax outside in privacy.

One of the best holiday cottages Ive stayed in. Spacious, warm, cosy and comfortable, furnished and equipped to a very high standard. Secluded, and quiet with adjacent parking for two cars but within walking distance of bustling Seahouses and its harbour. A perfect location for exploring the Northumberland coast, castles and islands.

We had a fantastic stay at Little Tern. It was booked as a final trip with our dog and son as we had just found out the dog had aggressive terminal cancer. Her favourite place in the world was Bamburgh beach. Sadly she passed away just a few days before our trip. Our son also decided not to come as he had just moved out. Just the two of us, it was the perfect antidote to everything that was going on around us. It was so relaxing. A wonderful garden with great outside furniture, the beach a short drive away and very peaceful surroundings. It was a real wrench to leave! I would love to know what type of mattress is in the front bedroom nearest the living room as it was SO comfy! I did ask my husband to check but he forgot. I don't sleep very well usually by the bed was heaven!. Would to love to come back and stay here again sometime as we are usually in that area at least once a year.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Little Tern. The cottage and the surrounding dwellings are built from local stone which is very attractive. The cottage itself is full of character and decorated tastefully. It is spacious and contains everything one needs. The little courtyard garden is a very pleasant place to sit in and enjoy an evening drink. One is able to walk from the cottage into the town.

Little Tern Cottage is a little gem tucked away on a quiet cul de sac on the outskirts of Seahouses. It has everything you could wish for, is very well equipped and l can recommend it without hesitation. I can't wait to go back!

Beautiful and well maintained cottage in a lovely courtyard with similar properties. Everything you need is in the cottage, comfy bed, heating, fully equipped kitchen including washerdryer and dishwasher and your own garden with patio furniture. Very clean and nicely decorated. Would highly recommend.
