Grounds with sole access to 3.36 acres of woodland and countryside. Direct access to River Meon, which is unfenced and runs along the lower border of the property, guests who enjoy fishing may do so, with the appropriate permit, when near the river, please take care and supervise children and pets at all times. Please note the water meadow can on occasion rise to create a small lake at the bottom of the garden, attracting some wonderful wildlife.
