Situated 4.5 miles from the bustling coastal village of Rhosneigr, it is well placed for those wishing to be within reach of shops and eateries, as well as picturesque beaches. Venture 4 miles to Traeth Llydan to swim, surf and picnic on the sand. Traeth Mawr, 5.5 miles away, near Aberffraw, is another spectacular beauty spot. Head out on foot to explore scenic Anglesey with its varying landscapes. The Anglesey Coastal Path runs for approximately 135 miles all the way round the island. The lake at Llyn Maelog, 4.5 miles away, is a lovely place to stroll and to go birdwatching. Venture 9 miles to walk out to the magical tidal Llanddwyn Island with its lighthouse. Take a step up to enter this superb home away from home. Find yourselves in the elegant lounge, with its gorgeous wooden floor, beamed ceiling and sumptuous sofas. Unwind in here as you socialise or watch the Smart TV together. Wander through to the cosy snug to steal a few quiet moments for yourself in front of another Smart TV. This arrangement is also ideal for groups with teenagers seeking their own space to play games or watch something different. The colourful kitchen/diner, which opens onto the garden, is another fabulous area for spending quality time together. Take turns at rustling up delicious Welsh feasts in here, then set the table for your celebratory meals. An external utility room houses a fridge/freezer, washing machine and additional WC. The family bathroom and all four bedrooms are on the same level as the living accommodation, but there are some internal steps. Savour lazy mornings in bed in front of the Smart TV in the king-size bedroom or treat yourself to a great night’s sleep in the double or one of the two singles. The family bathroom, which is accessed by one step, boasts both a shower and a bath. The enclosed outside space is very much a feature of this lovely cottage. Climb the steps up to the raised deck to dine under the pergola and take in the glorious views. Cook out on the BBQ, watch the children play on the lawn and listen to the gentle sound of the water feature. There is private, off-road parking here for three cars.
