✓Note: upstairs rooms have sloping ceilings with reduced head-height to sides
✓Note: open-tread stairs, young children to be supervised
✓Note: small terraced drop in rear garden, adults and children to take care
✓Note: please do take extra care on the decking in inclement/wet weather and around any drainage manhole cover on the path
✓Please note: external drainage work is scheduled on site for one week starting 7th november
✓(no access to the property will be required during this time)
