Open plan with the kitchen, this room is furnished with a dining table and seating for four

The family bathroom is located on the ground floor and features a shower with rain head, toilet, wash basin, cabinet with mirror and hairdryer

Separate downstairs cloakroom with toilet

Master Bedroom
Located on the ground floor this room has access through a sliding door out on to the lower terrace and is furnished with a king size bed, bedside lamps, bedside tables, a mirror and chest of drawers

Bedroom Two
Located on the first floor, this room features a double bed with side tables and lamps as well as a mirror, chest of drawers, side tables, lamps and a dressing table

Outside
The suntrap upper balcony with glass balustrade and sea views is furnished with a table and seating. There is a second terrace that is accessed through the master bedroom downstairs

Parking
Private garage for one small car (mini countryman size) located 20 yards from the property with up and over door. There is a private long stay public car park nearby where charges will apply. Please note that some car parks in Mousehole accept cash payments only.
