✓Please note: dogs are not allowed in the bedrooms and the enclosed garden fence is not secure for determined dogs that attempt to escape, please note there is no smoking allowed at all on the entirety of the property, this is due to the amount of straw and hay in the area and to avoid any fire risks, if you would like to smoke, it will take you about 15 minutes to walk off the grounds
