About The Penthouse at Oasis Sands

This apartment occupies the entire top floor of the Ocean Sands building

Living Room/Area
The bright and airy open plan living area with dual-aspect sea views has been elegantly furnished with a contemporary kidney sofa, two mid-century inspired armchairs, two coffee tables and other occasional pieces as well as a large Smart TV
This space has large sliding doors leading to the show-stopping wraparound balcony where stunning views across the beach and ocean are displayed

Dining Area
Open plan with the living room and furnished with a designer marbled-top dining table and six stylish boucle chairs

Kitchen
Open plan with the living dining area
Modern, fully equipped kitchen with a electric oven and grill, induction hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, Bosch pod coffee machine, kettle, toaster, cafetiere, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner and washer/dryer
A range of crockery, glasses, cutlery, utensils and cookware is provided

Master Bedroom (en-suite)
This room has fabulous sea views and access to the balcony via sliding doors
