First floor: 4 Bedrooms are located on the First Floor, Bedroom 1 features a Super-King-size bed with walk-in wardrobe, Smart TV, en-suite bath, walk-in shower, basin and WC, Bedroom 2 consists of 2 single beds, Smart TV, an en-suite walk-in shower, basin and WC, Bedroom 3 includes a super-king-size bed and Smart TV, Bedroom 4 features a super-king-size bed and a smart TV, Bedroom 3 and 4 have access to a Jack-and-Jill Bathroom that includes a double walk-in shower, bath, 2 basins and a WC. Second Floor - 4 Bedrooms are located on the Second Floor, Bedroom 5 features a Super-King-size bed with walk in wardrobe, Smart TV, en-suite bath, walk-in shower, basin and WC, Bedroom 6 consists of a Super-King-size bed, Smart TV, an en-suite walk-in shower, basin and WC, Bedroom 7 includes a king-size bed and Smart TV, Bedroom 8 features 2 single beds and a smart TV, Bedroom 7 and 8 have access to a Jack-and-Jill Bathroom that includes a double walk-in shower, bath, 2 basins and a WC. Third Floor - Bar Area, Games Room, Study and Cinema Room featuring an Xbox and 2 Smart TV's. Basement - Bar Area with Seating, Speakers, Karaoke Machine and Fridges.

✓Wi-fi is available throughout the property, due to the remote location, it is not super fast
✓Fuel and power included in rent
✓Bedding and towels are provided in both bedrooms and towels also available in the changing room
✓Hairdryers and fans are available in each bedroom as well as iron and an ironing board
✓Ample off-road parking, within 6-foot walled grounds of the property
✓Patio area that features outdoor furniture, fire pit table (gas is provided) and outdoor kitchen area (gas is provided) that is available to use between april - september that includes a bbq, fridges and sink
✓The swimming pool is l-shaped the swimming pool dimensions are: 8
