The room was an extension to the home, so it didnt feel very private. The hot tub wasnt working for 3 out of our 5 days. It cost 25 per night, so we felt we lost out significantly, and when we were finally able to use it we ended up with rashes, which suggested the chemicals were not balanced. There was no sink in the kitchen or the bathroom. We requested a partial refund and were refused, even though we had been advised to contact Sykes. Overall, we were very disappointed. Being out of pocket and ending up with rashes was not how we planned to spend our hot tub getaway.
