Kitchen/diner with electric range oven, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, toaster, table for six. Utility room with washing machine and freezer. Two sitting rooms: one with seating, a wood burning stove, large TV and a selection of games, second sitting room also has comfortable seating, a second table perfect for family games and a TV. Games room with 3/4 size snooker table, magnetic dart board. Garden is enclosed, trampoline and swing, patio area with garden furniture, ample parking for several cars and a large secure storage area for bikes etc.
