Brilliant stay. The staff are friendly and on hand for any queries. We stayed for a week and the accommodation worked well for us with 2 adults, 2 kids and a dog. The kids loved making dens in the cabin bed and area below this and the husband loved having fires every night and the benefit of the hot tub! Of note, the accommodation includes an air fryer which isn't listed on sykes when we booked, it may be worth updating this. Lots of lovely local walks too.
A fabulous getaway! Superb safari tent with all the facilities and the added bonus of a hot tub! Beautiful surroundings and a nice stroll to The Clarence pub for good food and drink. Overall, a rather enjoyable stay and we will return again in the future!

It was brilliant went with 4 kids 2 adults. We loved the hot tub and the man came round every day to check it all over. Staff was very nice the site was great very clean. The Kingfisher tent was lovely and warm. Loved using to log burner made it more cosy. Everything you need they have. The shower was just brilliant best shower ever ive used outside my home it came at you from all ways which the kids loved. You have your own private drive and gardern just brilliant and free WiFi so we took our own smart tv with fire stick to watch the football and the WiFi worked brilliant. Very clean inside and out not 1 fault at all planning our next visit already 5 star easy from me
Having stayed previous and booking for a present in a pod I knew what to expect and knew all about the area n where to eat and walk etc. We came accross some issues which were addressed privately to the park and were rectified immediately. The park is immaculate and calm and so peaceful. Unfortunately our weekend was ruined by high winds and the corridor light sensor going off all night . So windy I don't know how the tent stood it n dodnt wmd in the lake. The tent as literally every thing you need apart from a tv . The hot tub was amazing and the tent was very spacious even for us 5 adults n 1 child.. we ate in diggle lock ,grandpa greens n the Italian abco in uppermill. I love this park and 100will be back. The cleaning standards let it down on this rare occasion but we have been notified it was a rare occasion. Wouldnt put any1 of us off and no problems arose the last 2 visits. Love this park love the tent. Security patrols all night and maintenence sorts the hot tub every morning. We will be back this summer !!!!

The accommodation is secured by 2 metal gates which are accessed by the security team every 2 hours through the night, it's a tent so every time the gate was opened it made a noise which alerted the dogs, then the footsteps on the gravel made a noise and then the other gate made a noise, the dogs settled down only for the same guard to walk back through 15 minutes or so later, this was as I said above, every 2 hours, we came back needing another break. The site and the tent were however lovely, plenty of logs and very cosy, it's just not suitable for dogs that will react to this kind of environment.
Very unique accommodation, situated by a lake and surrounded by beautiful countryside. Perfect for a quiet, relaxing getaway. It was well equipped and a pleasant suprise to find an air fryer when we arrived! Only suggestions for improvement would be occasional cleaning behind the sliding doors and under the bed, providing blankets during cold weather and a provision for EV charging.
