What a gorgeous place to stay! The apartment is extremely comfortable and incredibly clean. Everything you could want is there. The welcome basket contains some lovely treats and there was a mini bottle of milk in the fridge. The furniture and furnishings are all top quality it looked good on the photos but was even better in real life! We heard owls in the woods and saw plenty of other birdlife. Sadly the weather wasnt kind enough to allow us to sit outside but the little garden areas were very cute. Cant recommend enough.
This property was excellent very well equipped, nicely decorated and everything was in excellent condition the host was helpful, although we had no problems at all during our stay we would love to return. The local treats were a great idea and very welcome!!
We had a lovely stay. The comfortable well designed accommodation provided us with everything we required. The little garden was a pleasure to sit and enjoy a coffee in the morning and wine in the evening. Being so close to many walks was an added bonus.

A gorgeous apartment in a gorgeous location. We had a fantastic stay. So peaceful and relaxing. The accommodation has absolutely everything you need and is fitted to a very high standard. Very thoughtful welcome pack was lovely. Tim is brilliant. The area is stunning, both right on your doorstep and within a short drive. We would recommend this to anyone and look forward to returning ourselves.

We would highly recommend Pheasant's Rise Apartment, it had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. The 'welcome' basket was much appreciated. The decor was beautiful and the whole apartment was spotlessly clean, bed and sofa both extremely comfortable, very light and airy and the area was lovely and peaceful. A really powerful shower. Great private outdoor seating area with comfortable chairs. Tim, the host, was most welcoming and helpful. We will definitely visit again.

From the moment we arrived until the moment we left the apartment took our breath away The decor was amazing Not one thing was out of place. The sofa, chair and bed were so comfy Not a spec of dust anywhere We had a lovely welcome basket on arrival. We had everything we needed for our week away and everything was of top quality We didnt get to meet the owners as they was really busy but if we needed any help we still got it within minutes The whole area was gorgeous. Plenty to do and see and its all so peaceful Will return without a doubt

We enjoyed our stay in this well equipped apartment that was beautifully decorated and in such a gorgeous setting. Lovely treats on arrival and easy access to Ross & the Wye Valley.
Very comfortable accommodation, spotlessly clean and very thoughtful welcome touches. Handy location for Ross on Wye, Hereford, Lebury and further afield. Very pleasant woodland walks from the doorstep. Have already booked our next visit.

Wow this little find is an incredible space. Lovely welcome and lovely personal Hereford touches. Being a local from a long childhood time ago it was lovely to return to the Wye area and stay in a beautiful place. Attention to detail very much at the heart of this stay. Warm and design was well thought and all needs met. Clean and very throughout for kitchen utensils. Everything you need! Really felt like I was the first to stay. Shops are a drive but I had all my food, and the cider factory was a lovely walk through quiet lanes, there are options for Three Choirs trail and daffodil too. Quiet and rural retreat, just what I wanted for a country get away with my little four legged friend. Lovely to listen to the Owls and country wildlife. Thank you my attentive hosts. We will return,

An absolutely stunning apartment. So clean and well looked after. The welcome pack was lovely and so handy aswell. Tim checked in with us on our first day to make sure everything was okay. Would highly recommend and hoping to be back here ourselves one day. So lovely and peaceful and I cant get over how well presented the apartment was!

We absolutely loved our stay at Pheasants Rise. The property is very cosy and was in immaculate condition. All cutlery clean and neatly laid out and the owner Tim very kindly provided bread, milk and other goodies absolutely brilliant after a long journey and late arrival. We didnt get a chance to relax in the beautiful gardens but hopefully next time. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in Herefordshire.
A fantastic place to stay. It was in a lovely rural location. Woodland walks at the back of the property. The decor, equipment and quality of everything was perfect. The welcome pack was very nice and milk in the fridge. A lovely place that I would thoroughly recommend.
Lovely apartment, owners were very accommodating due to the hot weather and provided us with an air conditioning unit to keep our stay as comfortable as possible. A lovely location, thoroughly recommend. Appreciated the gift basket on arrival.

Fantastic accommodation! I booked Pheasant Rise in the hope for some R&R, and it absolutely delivered. Myself and my labradoodle pup enjoyed our stay very much, and the welcome gifts upon arrival were very well received We enjoyed fantastic walks, which are on the doorstep using the foot path just behind the lodge, which takes you into a great forest area and open fields with amazing views. We also enjoyed walking in Mitchell Troy and along the river Wye. Tim and family were on hand if needed, but Pheasant Rise had everything we needed, and was immaculately clean and cosy! Will definitely be back!

Tim, the owner is very friendly and helpful but leaves you to enjoy your holiday, unless needed. Great location for exploring Herefordshire, which was also beautiful.
We loved the apartment, which had everything we needed and was in a delightful, peaceful location. It was an excellent base for touring around Herefordshire, and beyond. The welcome basket and little bottle of milk was a thoughtful touch, and much appreciated. Our host Tim was great, and on hand should you need anything. I would highly recommend to anyone wishing to stay in the area.

A beautiful studiostyle apartment above a barn in a wonderful part of England. Enter the new, but traditionalstyle timbered building and downstairs is modern bathroom with a large shower, loo and washbasin. Upstairs theres a roomy, light, airy, intheeaves space with openplan kitchen living roombedroom. The kitchen is well equipped and includes a microwave, dishwasher and Nespresso machine. The space is dogfriendly and fourlegged friends will love the amazing walks on the doorstep. Especially recommended is the walk down to old Yatton Chapel an atmospheric abandoned 12thcentury place of worship with an empty medieval farmhouse next door.
We had a wonderful time exploring the Wye Valley. On arrival at Pheasants Rise we were delighted with the Apartment. Beautifully designed and presented with meticulous attention to detail. The bed was extremely comfortable. The bathroom was a joy to use. Throughout the apartment there is underfloor heating which makes it very luxurious. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need with a lovely welcome pack of local produce. Outside there is a beautiful area with comfortable seating where we were able to enjoy the red kites flying above and hear the sound of the pheasants. Having use of a charging point for our electric car was wonderful. Pheasants Rise is fabulous.

Such a lovely little find . Beautiful surroundings. Tim introduced himself on arrival & we wasnt disturbed all week . Tim responded to questions we had right away . Bed was so so comfy , tele has Netflix ,signed in to other apps no problem . Very modern decor . Underfloor heating which was nice in the morning . Woke up to birds singing away every morning . Definitely recommend and will be going back . Thank you Tim & Lesley x
