Lovely house lovely location perfect for all our 3 generation family and 2 dogs. Welcoming bottle of fizz and homemade cake plus milk and eggs. The hot tub was especially appreciated by the family. Dog paddock an added bonus for the 2 dogs. Wish we had booked a longer stay. We did have very good weather aswell and were able to visit Bude very close and Tintagel 22 miles Will definitely return hopefully in the not to distant future

Absolutely lovely accomodation. Everything you might need was there. Very clean inside. Beds comfy enough. Could do with two bath towels each when staying for a week. Lovely host, left tea, coffee, milk and sugar plus a very yummy cake and prosecco amazing. Would highly recommend. Lots of open spaces for dogs. Fields, a large pond, country lanes. Dog enjoyed his holiday too. Warm dog shower, towels and dryer for cleaning mucky pups and poo bags if you forget.

The most amazing second year in a row. Mark and Carol are so welcoming and you really do feel immediately at home, but better! So well appointed and well furnished, the smell in each room and care taken for a luxurious feel but on a farm! For a holiday away from it all with a great gym and hot tub, everyone is catered for in such a beautiful location! Highly recommend also for 4 legged friends. X

Lovely property in a very quiet location, all amenities are good to excellent, the enclosed dog paddock, gym, sauna and hot tub. Just need some screens on windows to stop bats from getting in as it was extremely warm but couldnt leave roof windows open after finding a couple had got in. Despite the bat situation we would recommend with a warning and will look at returning again.

Excellent stay with Mark and Carol. The family and the dog loved it. Spacious cottage with all of the immunities we needed. Immaculately kept and accurately described. We made use of hot tub and the gym on multiple occasions. Both were very useful additions to the cottage.

Absolutely beautiful property, comfortable, clean, well equipped and spacious. Mark gave us a guided tour and a very warm welcome. Really appreciated the lovely chocolate cake and Prosecco. Very quiet and relaxing. We spent time in the sauna and hot tub, facilities were outstanding. Our dog loved the paddock for her daily run around. Definitely would recommend and would love to return.

Very high spec property, disappointing there was no welcome hamper as per all other places we have stayed over the years. Step into the kitchen needs highlighting as my mother fell down it, All blends into one. Just lacks the little touches to make it a 10 out of 10.

We had the most amazing time, Mark went above and beyond to help. The standard of cleanliness, appliances and even beautiful scents in the rooms was stunning. We are looking to book again asap. Our dogs were well catered for exercise field for them enclosed was a bonus! Sitting in the hot tub at night, when we turned off the bubbles it was pin drop quiet such a tonic away from our fast paced life fab! The perfect relaxing week, thank you!

The holiday accommodation was very comfortable and very clean and had everything in the cottage that you would need. It was very tastefully decorated and the enclosed patio and hot tub were really nice. It was very peaceful area and the paddock for the dog was brilliant. Would definitely recommend to anyone who wants a restful peaceful break.

Excellent accommodation and host, enjoyed the hot tub and the wood burner. One very small observation would be that there was only one serving dish, there could have been more!!!

A lovely property, very clean, the cottage was really well set up for us and our dogs. What we really liked was you wouldnt of know another dog had been in there before us! When we experienced a hiccup the owners were brilliant at problem solving so as not to disrupt our stay. And the hot tub was a great feature that they whole family enjoyed. A lovely property for a family get together.

Our hosts were always on hand to offer advice or just have a chat about the area. Very lovely people. And of course Hot Tub. Get in there. Every day. You know you want to!
