Living Area (Third Floor)
The main open plan living area is on the third floor and has access to a fabulous balcony, allowing guests to step straight outside and take in the beautiful estuary views. Plenty of seating creates the perfect spot for unwinding after a day exploring Looe. Furnished with bookshelves and books, a TV cabinet with Smart TV (Freeview), and L-shaped sofa, armchairs and occasional seating.

Living Area (Third Floor)
The main open plan living area is on the third floor and has access to a fabulous balcony, allowing guests to step straight outside and take in the beautiful estuary views. Plenty of seating creates the perfect spot for unwinding after a day exploring Looe. Furnished with bookshelves and books, a TV cabinet with Smart TV (Freeview), and L-shaped sofa, armchairs and occasional seating. Two chairs and a table have been positioned in the fully glazed water-facing ‘conservatory’ – one of the best places in the house to unwind while taking in the views

Kitchen (Third Floor)
Located on the third floor alongside the living space, the kitchen forms part of the open-plan layout and has access to the outside balcony/terrace. Fully equipped, it features a built-in electric oven and grill, an induction hob, and breakfast bar with two stools.

Utility (Second Floor)
The separate utility area is found on the second floor, accessed from the landing and offering direct access to an outside decking area. Equipped with a tumble dryer, washer/dryer, sink, iron and ironing board

Dining Area (Third Floor)
Also on the third floor, the dining area sits within the open-plan living space and has floor to ceiling glass sliding doors to access to terrace and create indoor-outdoor living. It features a contemporary table with seating for eight guests, and has a Smart TV (Freeview)

Games Room (First Floor)
Redshank features a big games room with signed photos of sporting heroes lining the walls. A fantastic relaxed, sociable space ideal for downtime, family competitions or entertaining teenagers. It features a pool table which converts to table tennis and air hockey, and there’s a dart board and seating.

Cinema Room (First Floor)
A fantastic feature, the cinema room delivers an immersive, indulgent viewing experience. With 6 lazy-boy style reclining armchairs, a huge screen, surround sound and bar fridge it’s perfect for movie nights, rainy afternoons or winding down in style after a day on the coast.

Bedroom One (Second Floor)
Bedroom One is located on the second floor and enjoys direct access to a balcony (shared with Bedroom Two), where guests can take in lovely views. Furnished with twin beds (which can be joined to form a super king bed on request), a built-in wardrobe, bedside tables and lamps, and mirror

Bedroom Two (Second Floor)
Also on the second floor, Bedroom Two has access to the shared balcony with Bedroom One as well as an en suite shower room. Furnished with a super king bed, bedside tables, lamps and a built-in wardrobe

Outside Space
Redshank’s outdoor living is a fantastic feature with multiple balconies, several of which are private to individual bedrooms. All balconies are furnished and offer views across the estuary, creating exceptional outdoor spaces for morning coffee, sunset drinks or dining
Storage space for canoes, paddleboards and beach gear

The property has a big tiered back garden however, as it is newly landscaped, the planting and grass is yet to mature so this space is only suitable as a space for dogs to stretch their legs. Guests are asked to supervise their dogs when using this area

Parking
Parking at Redshank includes two spaces at the front of the property, along with a large garage. The garage is accessed internally from the house and has access up to the first floor. Please note that the driveway spaces are narrow and roadside, and internal access is required to open the garage
