Excellent accommodation in the high street. Very comfortable 4 bedrooms all en suite. Good cooking facilities and 2 comfortable lounges. Friendly owner.

Regatta Lookout was one of the best properties we have stayed at. Our group of 8 had a wonderful time. All of the bedrooms are beautifully decorated, spacious and the beds were extremely comfortable. The cleanliness of the property was also firstclass, with great communication from the owners. All in all, would definitely recommend!

Gorgeous, superbly equipped apartment in a great location. In short perfection! Stayed there with friends over Christmas and the owners had taken the trouble to put up two Christmas trees and other decorations which made for a lovely festive atmosphere which was much appreciated. We hope to return soon.

An exceptionally well appointed property. Warm and very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed, although we could not find a spaghetti spoon, not a major issue I have to say! There was lots of information around the property which was helpful. The pathway from the decking to the steps was rather slippery as it was wet and covered with leaves, so care was needed when carrying luggage. However, we was so impressed we have booked to return for our annual reunion weekend next year!

Great apartment. Such a convenient location. Plenty of space for us all and 2 had to work from home while we were away. We loved the big living rooms and comfy beds fluffy towels were a big bonus

This accommodation fully deserves all the superlatives previously posted for it. Outstanding seems a totally inadequate expression to describe the exceptional quality provided in every respect.It is simply a masterpiece of how it should be done and I would highly recommend it without hesitation.

We had a three day break in this beautiful home, it was furnished to a really high standard, the kitchen was very well equipped also. I highly recommend this property, and we will be back one day.

Beautiful property in excellent location. Spacious and very comfortable. Two sitting rooms are a boon for multi generational families as are the very lovely en suite bedrooms. Regatta restaurant below is not invasive in terms of noise or odour one of our initial concerns, and provide the added benefit of meals delivered to your door if you want them. Very helpful owner next door.

We had a truly wonderful stay in Aldeburgh, made all the more special thanks to our host, who stepped in at the very last minute when we experienced problems with our original accommodation. Despite the short notice, he was incredibly welcoming and thoughtful, even leaving us some lovely goodies on arrival. The home itself exceeded all expectationsbeautifully presented, luxurious yet homely, and clearly a muchloved family space with a lot of care and attention to detail throughout. We felt instantly at ease. During our stay, we enjoyed a fantastic show at Jubilee Hall, and the restaurant just downstairs was outstandingespecially accommodating of our dietary needs, which we really appreciated. Aldeburgh is such a charming town and were already looking forward to our next visit. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a memorable and comfortable stay.

We had a fantastic stay. This was a 75th birthday present and we cant thank you enough for welcoming us into such a beautiful property and looking after us during our stay. The property had absolutely everything you might need, and is comfortable, clean and luxurious. Thank you for everything, we hope to be back one day!

Second stay at Regatta Lookout. Fantastic place and a great location.

A beautiful property on the High Street. Very well maintained and equipped, more than enough room and equipment for 8 people. Really comfortable beds and lovely bathrooms with plenty of hot water. Everywhere sparklingly clean. Nice and warm with the ability to control the heat yourself. Huge kitchendiner, 2 separate lounges and 4 beautifully decorated bedrooms each with a bathroom. Lots of unrestricted parking at the back of the property property can be accessed from front or back, no noise or smells from the restaurant below. Lots of cafes, bakeries and eateries within a few minutes walk. Would not hesitate to stay here again the pictures do not do it justice.

Regatta Lookout is an immaculate holiday home in an ideal location for visiting Suffolk. It is beautifully furnished and very well equipped.

Far and away the best holiday let we have ever stayed in. Enormous wellstocked kitchen with, for once, ample crockery and cutlery for our party of eight. Two huge sitting rooms to spread out in. Spacious bedrooms with good quality fittings, huge comfy beds with lovely clean ensuite bathrooms and plentiful hot water. Situated right in the High Street so all the cafes and shops within easy reach. Parking no problem at the rear of the property. Could not recommend highly enough.

Fantastic accommodation, luxurious, exceptionally well equipped, perfect location. Absolutely brilliant. Cannot recommend it highly enough. The only minor minor tiny suggestion would be to try and find a way to install the stairgates more securely as they kept falling down.

The property is beautiful. Situated in a prime position. Everything one could possibly need is provided and is of an extremely high quality.

The Regatta Lookout is the best place we have ever stayed at. We travel all over the country using all types of accommodation but this truly was the best . All 4 bedrooms were large with en suite in all. The kitchen diner superb and two beautiful lounges. No expense was spared to make this holiday home the best.

Regatta Outlook totally exceeded all of our expectations. We have walked past it so many times and usually book a beachfront house but this property caught our eye and we are so pleased it did definitely the best so far! Everything is to such a high standard in this beautifully appointed family home welcoming and warm with detailed appliance instructions. We would all love to return.

Topgrade accommodation. This is the best holiday rental that we have stayed at in Aldebrugh. We hope to be back again next year.

This property was even more spacious than it looked! There was plenty of room for 8 of us, and each bedroom was beautiful and comfortable. The kitchen was large and very well equipped. We had a really great break, walked everywhere and will be back!

We are four couples , who spend a week together every year in a different area of Britain, for a mostly walking holiday. This year was outstanding. Regatta exceeded all expectations a huge flat, with wonderful facilities we wanted for nothing. We loved the outside seating too, even at the end of September a beautiful space. The ease of parking in the road behind, with direct access. We had wondered, but not once did we hear the restaurant below and we loved eating there. Staying so centrally in beautiful Aldeburgh was a joy and we even walked to swim first thing some mornings in the sea. It was a thoroughly wonderful flat and we would recommend unstintingly.

Top quality accommodation, our every need was catered for. Spacious roomy bedrooms with lovely decor and great beds with high end bed linen made for a very comfortable nights sleep. Location on the high street was perfect as everything literally on the doorstep. We celebrated my husband's 70th birthday with our son and his family and all had the best time. We would not hesitate to book again.

A stunning property, we were a group of 4 couples and it suited us perfectly. The house was well kitted out for all our needs. The central location meant we can pop out any time to pick up amenities! The host, Rob, was so helpful, which made our stay even better! On arrival we were welcomed with a lovely note explaining the highlights of Aldeburgh and Rob had also left us some wine and an abundance of snacks to enjoy. Will be returning here in the future for sure! Thank you Rob!

A stunning property which exceeded expectation in the heart of lovely Aldeburgh furnished to a very high standard with ample supplies of everything we needed spacious, spotless and hugely comfortable with the delights of Aldeburgh on the doorstep. An absolute gem of a property.

We were absolutely blown away by the accommodation! It was in a fantastic location, right on the high street above a restaurant. It wasnt noisy at all, you wouldnt have know it was below. We got parking spots in the road behind no problem. The accommodation exceeded our expectations and was perfect for 8 of us to stay. Plenty of room for everyone, we felt comfortable and had everything we needed, we really loved it and we really hope to return. Thankyou!

A beautiful property, with a very well equipped kitchen. Every where was so clean. We were expecting a first floor toilet but couldnt find one . Also a washing machine would have been a bonus.
